Yuko got get out to hospital

While Yuko is on the way home

Hisako an others are preparing foods and Hisako take out the cake and put candles.

At the house

Yuko open the door and they go inside. Hisashi and Tomio use the confetti popper and Yuko got surprised. They shout the word "Happy Birthday". Hisako bring Yuko in the front of table.

"What is this?" Yuko said

"A surprise party for you" Hisako said

"Seat now! This day is for you" Mikio said

"We have done it many times I'm still getting surprised" Yuko said

"Light up the candle" Kamiko said

"Yeah" Junko said

Junko light up the candle. Everyone has started to sing.

"Blow the candle!" Hisako said

Yuko blow the candle and everyone gives applause. They get a food and they eat together. Hisako slice the cake and give it to everyone and they eat it.

"Okay! We will give our birthday present!" Kamiko said

The girls wash the dishes while the boys is cleaning the garden.
