22 Tell me what's going on with me

Choi Min Ho gives the ice cream to the kids. He ruffles the boy's hair when he thanks him.

"You should have asked for something else," She says after the kids run away.

"Those kids wanted it." He grins. "You passed the second test."

"I don't feel happy though." She looks down at her feet.

"Choi Min Ho!" Nam Go Eun suddenly appears in front of them. "You are here."

"I am here." He nods.

"Have you seen my sister?" She asks.

Choi Min Ho glances at the person next to him.

"I didn't see her."

"Where could that brat go?" Nam Go Eun looks tired. She has been running around ever since the morning. Seo Tae Il is also looking for Nam Ji Won in other wards.

"I am in my room," She says in a low voice and glances at Nam Go Eun sadly.

Choi Min Ho smiles softly. "Have you checked her room?"

"There?" She frowns. "I am going there now. If you see her, give me a call."

Nam Go Eun leaves after saying that. She doesn't even glance at the person next to Choi Minho.

"This is pathetic." Nam Ji Won runs her fingers through her hair. "I am here, yet I am not here."

"You are an interesting person, Ji Won." Choi Min Ho looks at the semi-transparent person in front of him. "

After getting Nam Go Eun's call, Seo Tae Il comes to Nam Ji Won's room. He finds her sleeping with her shoes on.

"So, you are here." He wants to flick her forehead but decides to let her sleep when he sees her peaceful expression.

"She's at it again." Nam Go Eun arrives after a moment. "She sleeps anywhere at any time. I find it odd. They said that she's fine physically, but I can't believe them."

"Maybe she is just tired. Have you asked why is this happening?"

"They don't know." She touches Ji Won's forehead.

"Maybe she will get better with time." He assures her.

In Choi Min Ho's room, Nam Ji Won sits on his bed. She observes him while he is reading his book.

"You promised me that you will tell me after I bring ice cream."

"What was your question again?" He pretends to not remember. "I have a weak memory."

"Aren't you a teacher?" She furrows her brows. "Or did you lie to me? It is quite suspicious that a teacher like you can afford a VIP hospital room like this."

He closes the book. "That's your question?"

She doesn't want to argue with this fox. "Tell me what's going on with me."

Choi Minho sits cross-legged with the book in his lap. His light eyes are fixed on the woman in front of him. At a glance, he looks like a pale sickly man. However, that is just how he looks. He is not here because he is sick. He is here for vacations.

What kind of person comes to a hospital for vacation? A person like Choi Minho with a lot of secrets.

"Were you serious when you called me handsome in front of Seo Tae Il?" He asks her in a teasing voice.

"Do you want to believe a woman who doesn't have any memory and might not have a stable mind either?" Ji Won raises her brow.

"Ah, right." He smirks. "Whenever you are awake, you don't remember anything from your past. When your body is asleep, you wander around like a ghost. You only remember everything when you are a ghost."

"When I am awake, I don't think that I am sane. I can't explain my actions well." She sighs. "If I was sane, I wouldn't do the things that I did. I wouldn't have kissed him. I would have never found you handsome either. Something must be wrong with my eyes."

She already wants to die a hundred death when she recalls what she did to Seo Tae Il. She wants to dig a hole and bury herself. She wants to run away to the end of the world and hide. First, she wants to recall her memories when she is awake to avoid doing anything embarrassing again.

"Don't blame yourself." Choi Min Ho opens his book again. "I have been thinking about your case."

"Oh, you know how I will remember everything?" She perks up.

"Nam Ji Won, I think that the person who is blocking your memories is you." Choi Min Ho didn't look up at her. "You remember everything when you are in this state, but you forget everything when you are awake. But today, we know that you can remember some stuff. I asked you to bring honey-flavoured ice cream when you were in this state. You remembered this subconsciously and brought the honey flavoured ice cream."

"So?"

"If you can remember these things, you should remember your memories too. But you don't recall anything. The problem is that you are subconsciously rejecting your past memories."
