16 The Dream Of Any Men

The sight outside was breathtaking. The spacecraft Mozti and Nira had boarded was now drifting above planet Frevok and they couldn't help their eyes to widen. Starrysnow was one of the natural satellites of Frevok and the biggest of the four. Even though both of them grew up in Starrysnow, the sight before them was incomparable. Mozti now had a clearer picture of Frevok aboard the transportation spacecraft. It was mainly composed of a single giant land mass that was devoid of oceans and seas. However, Mozti could see that there were thousands of rivers encompassing the whole planet. They were like roots of trees giving life to both the planet's plants and animal life.

Mozti couldn't stop himself from curiosity to know more about the Jadasian's home system. In a flash, he went to borrow a computer hologram from one of the crews. He searched the internet for more information about Lemuste System.

"Oh, really..."

Mozti commented on every information he learned about the Lemuste System. Nira who was just beside him had taken her nap. She looked like an angel when she sleeps. Mozti was immersed in reading all about the information that he lost tracked of time. Four hours had already passed since they took off from Starrysnow and all those times were spent in reading all about Lemuste. Mozti also came through seeing the current news that happened in the Empire in the last five days. In fact, he couldn't help to read some of them.

Mozti's eyes turned white on seeing the article. "What?!!!!" Mozti cried out loud that made Nira woke up from her sleep. The cabin crews of the spacecraft run towards him and asked a series of questions.

Mozti shook his head. "There's nothing wrong. I am just terrified of what I saw. You all can go back now. Hehe," he said dismissively. The crews nodded their heads and went back to their post.

Mozti looked at the screen of the holographic computer once again. He thanked that he's already out of Starrysnow and on the way to Melicah. Luckily, there's no image posted in the article. Luck was once again on his side. Thank the heavens for that. Mozti closed the news article and opened another site to find them a house in Melicah. He typed on the searched tab: [Houses in Melicah on Rent Below JTH10,000]. In split seconds, Mozti saw millions of list of houses. He scrolled the computer hologram searching for a suitable house they could live in. Most of the houses on the list were dilapidated and the worst was already the destroyed ones. If he wanted to buy a house on the list, it's fortunate for them to have a roof full of holes.

Mozti knew that if he wanted to find an apartment or a condominium, he'd surely sell himself to the Celestial Police in Frevok to afford to buy one. Melicah doesn't have any apartments or condominiums for rent, all of them were for sale. Those Jadasian millionaires will surely buy one rather than renting one. Just be practical. Thus, Mozti couldn't find a single apartment or condominium that was open for rent.

Mozti massaged his eyebrows in disbelief. He raised the value by another *JTH10,000. [Houses in Melicah on Rent Below JTH20,000]. He was once again given the same set of houses and he only saw five or nine houses that were added in the list. However, those houses have cracks on their walls or the windows and doors were destroyed. Mozti kept on raising the value until he got to JHT200,000. Up until now, he was still given a list of dilapidated houses, however, these houses were mostly better than before. Mozti only had JHT300,000 on him, if he wanted to raise the value more, how could they survive in the next three days? He thought that the money he was currently carrying would make him belong to a middle class. The irony was that his status was not more than that of a beggar. How unfortunate.

Mozti made up his mind to buy the house that was worth JHT196,789. It was located somewhere near Cosignas, the Capital of Yoahan He viewed the house and navigated it in 3D. Actually, the house looked good and there were only minor fixes to be done. Most of the furniture was still there and the house only needed a general cleaning before it goes back to its former glory. Mozti felt more excited that he got this house and without any more problem he clicked the buy button. Mozti put the total sum of money in the table in front of him and clicked the transfer button. All the money instantly vanished to be transferred in the bank account of the owner. After the confirmation that the house had been bought, the documents of ownership materializes above the computer hologram. Mozti signed the necessary papers and disappeared once again and marked the house in the list as sold.

"Wow, so fast. This is how technology and magic works," Mozti stated and looked at the window beside him. "Melicah..."

Mozti waked up his sister who was sleeping on the other side. "Nira, wake up! Look at your window!" Nira who was sleeping opened her eyes lazily and looked at the side of her window. Her sleepy eyes opened so wide that it wished to pop up from their sockets.

"Mozti-k-... Young master, we have arrived!" Nira said when she remembered their deal. "It's beautiful..." Nira was enthralled by the beauty of Melicah. Even though the Jadasians population had increased by two folds in the past decades, they didn't let Melicah become a garbage planet. The effort of limiting the expansions of their cities and most importantly, Jadasians limits the population of the planet by ten trillion. As the third largest planet of the Lemuste System with a diameter of 153, 657 km., housing that number of population was like putting a man inside a large empty box.

Mozti gazed at the emerald planet bewildered. Pictures caught by cameras were incomparable to what he was seeing right now. Even how much he stared at it, he couldn't find a flaw in its beauty. Melicah was truly a place suitable for Gods. It was a paradise enticing everyone to look at how graceful it floats in a starry space. As they approached it, they saw thousands of all sizes of spacecrafts flew all over its crystal skies. Some entered its atmosphere peacefully avoiding Melicah's sky to be damaged by fire. Some left keeping the memories of their visit and bade a tearful farewell. Mozti couldn't stop anyone to be in love with Melicah. Such beauty could truly topple an Empire. "My Lord, the Captain asked you if where you wanted to land," a stewardess approached and asked Mozti. However, he didn't say anything and only a deep sigh came out from his mouth. The stewardess nearly committed suicide after hearing the reply of Mozti. His sigh was like a man who fell in love with a woman and was utterly rejected.

"Cough, Cough!" The stewardess coughed a few times.

Mozti turned his head angrily when his gaze was been destroyed by a silly coughing sound. "What's the matter?!"

The stewardess' heart trembled in fear looking at Mozti's red eyes. "I d-didn't mean to d-disturb you, my Lord," the stewardess immediately apologized. "My Lord, the Captain asked if where you wanted to land," the steward asked once again.

"Cosingnas, Kingdom of Yoahan," Mozti replied and went back on staring the enchanting Melicah.

The stewardess went back to the cockpit of the spacecraft. She couldn't believe the attitude Mozti gave her. It was like she's the antagonist in his love life. She scratched her head without knowing the reason why Mozti became hostile towards her. Such a case.
