259 Ch. 259 'Go To The South'

"There will be more like you and Kazuto."

"Me and Kazu?"

"Yes. You will find a lot of Elementalist that have magic energy like Kazuto, but they can't activate magic circles because only wizards could create magic circles. But they could use magical techniques by channeling their magic into a device. Those who use this device are called magicians."

Niken nodded understandingly at Lionel's explanation. Now, she remembered, all wizards' offsprings had potential magical energy within their bodies no matter they would be a wizard or an Elementalist.

Each offspring was different. Some could control their magic energy, and some could not. Those who can channel their magic energy into a device will automatically become a magician. As for those who couldn't afford to do it, they would become an ordinary Elementalist.

"Even though they aren't wizards, they could still use magic. Therefore, we should stay low and not attract unwanted attention. We don't know whether the white knight or Muyun had spies in this Southern land. We must act more carefully. "
