21 The Rude Maids from the Wan Clan 1

Bai Yuan as Wan Changying was sitting on the horse carriage with ease but from time to time she'll gaze at her left pinky finger and at Ling Xia left thumb. However many times Bai Yuan contemplate about the meaning of the red string, but never got the meaning of what the Peak Master wants.

Bai Yuan is intelligent in many subjects, but the only subject she's on is the subject of love. This can be due to her giving all her love to Lan Wanyou and turning all those love into hate. Hu De's houses are the opposite of Shera Empire, they are more than one story, horizontally long and more decorative.

"Don't you feel the contempt and hostility from everywhere," Ling Xia said as he glances at Bai Yuan who is surprisingly calm.

"True, how could a young loving maiden live through this without going crazy, right "Father"," Bai Yuan tiptoes to Wan Yihai's side and grab his arm with an innocent smile.

With this action of hers, the air seems to deem even deeper. It was almost to the point of suffocating in deep water and this murderous aura was coming from a not so nice lady. This lady is one or two years older than her (WCY), has silver hair like her and her facial features somewhat resemble Wan Changying's.

Bai Yuan knows from the report that Wan Yihai only has one daughter which is Wan Changying, so who is this hostile lady that almost resemble her. They almost seem the same, this girl is almost like a replica of her and someone who wants her place as the young miss of the Wan Clan.

"Papa, you've returned," the girl seeing Bai Yuan with Wan Changying's looks observing at her with a smile can't hold down her angry. She runs towards Wan Yihai and pushes Bai Yuan away, grabbing on the arm she (WCY) has already grabbed. She glared at her for a second and turns towards Wan Yihai with a loving smile.

Bai Yuan who was pushed aside didn't tumble like what everyone thought. Wan Changying is a very weak child, so whenever something similar happens she'll tumble over. Everyone was hoping to see the same thing happen again but instead, it didn't happen. She stepped back but was held in place by the masked boy behind her. The girl only looks down afterward with a heavy expression. However, if people look clearly her lips were that of a slit smile.

Bai Yuan can sense laughter from all over the crowds, making her know that the real Wan Changying wasn't even welcome in her own home so who is she even welcome into society. Wan Changying is the real miss of Wan Clan but has no presence or influence that she has become an outcast.

"This is perfect for me, to start at the bottom and climb up to the top," Bai Yuan murmur to herself.

Ling Xia who was behind Bai Yuan heard her murmuring to herself. He only stare at her face that was deep in thought with a gentle smile that he himself didn't realize.
