17 Wildest Dreams
'Say you'll remember me standin' in a nice dress starin' at the sunset babe'
A famous singer sang in her stereo as she drive. It's a nice drive alright. The trees blocking the afternoon sun rays giving a cool vibe.
'Say you'll see me again even in your wildest dreams...'
Huh, how accurate. What she'd give to have him in her dreams right now. She missed him.
Since she can remember, Cedric has been alive in her dreams. And now there's a chance that he will be for real, she's agitated. Is he really gonna come in two nights?
She can care less about goblins and pixies and what family feud they might have. She can even push back the image of her another self floating in a bubble. She just wanted to know, does the man she love in her dreams actually exist.
Looking back at that night in the art room, it was too brief, too dreamy. If her canvas hadn't disappear right after she might have waved off the incident as her wild dream.
Cedric. She can perfectly describe him. An ethereal beauty. She can almost feel the softness of his fair, of the sweetness of his lips. Had those lips not kissed her countless times already? Had she not got lost in those blue eyes almost every night?
When he appeared before her that night, her heart almost leaped out of its place. She struggled to keep her sanity the same time she was absorbing all that he was saying.
'Someday when you leave me I bet these memories followed you around'
The song continue to play, but she's quite sure if that part of the song happened, she'll be the one to linger on memories. Every night on the eve of her birthday, he'll be the first to give her a cake to blow. He sang to her in his beautiful cello voice. He comforts her when she was sad. He made her laugh when she was angry.
If he doesn't come in two nights what does she do? Thinking on that alone breaks her heart already.
The song ended just as she came around the porch of Marco's house. Ah she'll just play pool with her best friend. She needs to think of something else to calm her down.
Marco welcomed her as she get out of her car.
"Come I'm hungry. Cook something." he placed his arms on her shoulder dragging her inside the house.
She glared at him. "Mr. Morteza did you chase your maids away, again?"
"Mr. Morteza is dad." He retorted flatly.
"Well, where's the cook?" She demanded.
"Away. All of them away. So this blondie is hungry and you have to feed me." He gave her a very fake face of a starved man and she laughed.
"You know I don't really cook alright. Nanny has always feed me."
"Then I eat you like a hundred year old hungry wolf." This time he looked so serious which earned him a glare.
They walked into the kitchen and she find ingredients for soup and sandwiches. She really can't cook so much. She's pampered for 15 years alright. This has to do.
"Why not make some steak?"
"Do you want your fangs to break Mr. Wolf? I told you I can't cook. You might as well eat 'em raw." She joked. Never sensing that her best friend's eyes slightly narrowed at that.
Huh, if this girl only knew. He really had to eat them raw until full moon.

They played pool until sunset. Usually on such normal setting, they'd have beers on hand. However, none of them offered the other.
Obviously Marco avoids liquors of all forms at times like these least he can't control himself and pounced her like the wolf that he is.
Rick on the other hand is afraid to let her tongue loose. She is quite the chatterbox when drunk and is sure to blabber the things she kept hidden for the past month the moment the alcohol get her head.
Both of them has a ready reason to avoid drinking should the other bring the idea up.
Rick looked at Marco as he aims for the cue ball. If her dreams never existed, she really might have fallen for this guy. No one else, not even Karl, is this patient enough of her. And her best friend is quite the gentleman as well, treating her like a precious lady. She's not stupid alright, she knows Marco like her more than a friend. He's handsome, rich and kind, and only looks at her.
She takes back that phrase that she ain't stupid. She's a total idiot to dismiss the boy in front of her for her wild dreams.
"Daydreaming while with me I see." Marco smirked at her, obviously he finish his turn at the pool and been waiting for her move.
At the time her phone rang. She saw Karl's caller ID on her screen.
She moved to the balcony to answer her call.
Rick: "Brother?"
Karl: "You're at Marco's?"
Rick: "Hmmn, why?"
Karl: "Nothing. Just checking up on you. Will you be home for dinner?"
Rick: "Yeah. Oh tell Nanny I'll bring Mar over. This guy chased his maids away and he'll be left with raw steaks for dinner if I don't feed him properly."
Karl: "Okay." Heh, dear little sister, feeding him raw steaks at this time is proper alright.
But he dare not say it. In time you'll know.
