51 Laws and Redemption
Meanwhile around the K.A.O.S Headquarters, in the conference hall. Kaos was now in meeting with Sion and other associates, regarding the elemental sisters, and other projects they had under production. He adjusts his top hat, looking to documents placed out before him. "It seems the total amount of humans and Elementar gathered from Jakoku, met criteria. What's left now, is placing them to good use." He states, stroking his mustache.
A girl was sitting amongst them, the very one from Bryce's talk show. Nyeyomi Valosta. She turned her attention to Kaos. "If I may. Things regarding those pretentious Peace Makers, that conflicted with just how many subjects we were able to assemble, let alone interrupting the workings of Espionage's men. It's been quite the conundrum, wouldn't you say? It's rudimentary really, we could handle this with a more pragmatic mind set. So. Would it not be auspicious to alleviate the situation, by simply eradicating those pesky forces, instead of toying with them? A few cantankerous humans, and their vagabond allies shouldn't be such a task to put down, even with how much audacity they carry. Yet still they remain, while Life keeps anonymity, and you erroneously take the heat."
Sion holds one of her fans to her face, and she shuts her eyes, "Though you have some good points, but we shouldn't be rash. They are a thorn in our sides, for sure, however. Having them disrupt the works of Espionage, shows us just how useful these 'outside' sources can be to us. I feel we should keep them on watch, for a little longer. Then if they don't act accordingly, we step in, and take everything. It's ridiculous that an organization partnered with us, is failing so horribly. Especially to a bunch of renegade freedom fighters."
"That is exactly to why I suggest we abrogate the situation. The way of these Zodiac workers is rather archaic, let alone not corroborating well with our own forces. They lack erudition, which could prove to be a hazard to say the least. I do not intend to express my thoughts in such a sardonic way, however, trepidation is rolling in, and this Ministry of Defense is adapting. We are letting Terraldyn witness how slovenly we are playing this game." Nyeyomi stated, drinking some coffee, with her eyes poised to Sion.
There was another scientist at the table, that Barret had met once before as well. He seemed to be analyzing the situation, as he kept distance from the others. He was silent, only smoking his cigarette. Shadows casted over his eyes from his purple fedora.
Another scientist peered over, "Not to mention , stealing my experiment. First project Reaper, then project Binary, now this?" Professor Salvador stated, crossing his arms.
He is then lifted out of his seat, by strong psychic energy. Sion now having him in her grip, swings Salvodore to a wall, holding him tightly to it. "YOU let them get away with it. Your mind is telling me this, I believe you should be your next best work."
"Urgh, w-what are you talking about!? Princess, you have the wrong idea..." Salvodore pleads, shakily.
The other scientist takes his cigarette out of his mouth, to exhale. His sharp eyes peer over to Salvodore. "There's no sense trying to weasel your way out, Marcus. The Princess has her hands in your mind, like a spider to the web." He chuckled softly, taking a drag.
"Perhaps we could give Dr. Dread a break, from his Dark Dama experiments on subject 56, and allow him to redevelop the purpose of this charlatan." Nyeyomi mentioned.
Kaos nods in agreement, "We've already lost countless precious works, experiments, and other subjects from the failures of Espionage. Knowing that we carry a snake, or LEAK in our organization permits even more damage to us. So yes, if you would Dr. Dread, take him, and create a wonder from his traitorous actions. Perhaps something dark, menacing. He's sucked more energy from us than required."
"By all means, if that's what you desire, Kaos. Then I shall create something from him, that is more to your liking." Dr. Dread got to his feet, extending black tentacles from his back, to wrap around Salvodore's neck. "Ready to become what you create, Marcus?" His lip curled, in a rather eerie manner.
Salvodore's eyes widen, "NO! PLEASE! YOU HAVE THE WRONG IDEA, SATOSHI!" He yelled struggling from the hold around him.
"Honestly, hurry this up, Dread. We have more to get to... I will have him take care of any other subjects you leave behind." Sion states, placing a fan to her face.
"You... Won't last... I let them go... For project purposes... But perhaps. It was best this way. I am ready." Salvodore states, as he stops struggling.
Kaos had cupped his hands, looking to him seriously, "I suppose we'll see exactly what you mean by those words... Seeing your mission will be to recover the very projects you let loose."
"Tick tock, now." Dr. Dread smirked, pulling Salvodore from the wall, with his black back tentacles. He pocked his hands, making way out of the conference room.
Nyeyomi leaned back a bit in her chair. "Quite the compendium of projects to come."
Sion nods, "Yes... (Issac... I nearly forgot he's still out there... For all I know, he may not be alive... From the reports of the dama units, and the DD as well...)"
Kaos clears his throat. "We do have many, but if Life doesn't pull his end of the bargain, we may have quite a lot more... Onto the issue now, of the remaining factions... Bombodia has cleared out a great amount of New Tech's Valley district, for our labs. Shinz has the media, and I have Glitch over looking information... We are lacking weapon protection, but I'm sure you may come up with something for that Nyeyomi, with the help of Nari...Which makes me think, where is she?"
"Perhaps pouting somewhere about not getting enough attention. Such a brat." Sion says, fanning herself.
"Then lest perchance this weapon will be left up to me. However, is she is to return, then I'll be sure to debrief her, on the project makes at that time. Until then, leave the esoteric strategizing of the subject up to me." Nyeyomi set down her cup of coffee.
Kaos tilts his hat in Nyeyomi's direction, "But of course, my dear. Oh, I also wanted to commend you on your performance capturing Shinz. You have a good knack at bringing out the true nature in people... Enough to even set them on path to their own destruction."
"I am at your beckon call, Kaos." Nyeyomi stood up, with a cocky smirk.
Sion puffs out her cheeks. "(Hmph whatever.)"
Kaos smiles to Nyeyomi, then reaches for his cup of coffee. "Ah yes, we need you to go to sector C, and check in with Freya and Devatose, then make sure Bombodia's operations are running smoothly."
"Very well." Nyeyomi turns for the door.
"Be sure not to slip on any landmines. That area is swarming with debris, perhaps left by those filthy human workers. Not that it wouldn't matter to me. I just have to look out for our people..." Sion states, her nose in the air.
"Don't be preposterous, Sion. I doubt I would befall the same mistake you made with that human boy. What was his name? Issac?" Nyeyomi kept her back turned to Sion, as she laughed.
Sion grips Nyeyomi tightly with her mind, glaring at her. "You should keep to your mission..."
Nyeyomi glanced back, unphased. "As should you."
Kaos pats Sion on the shoulder, "Let her go my dear. Be on your way, Nyeyomi."
"WHAT!? You're not going to correct her!?" Sion gasps, letting go of Nyeyomi, turning to Kaos quickly.
"What reasons should I correct her by? You placed your foot out there too soon. She was only merely doing her job, and you rush out of the bushes, blasting slanderous words at her." Kaos stated, becoming agitated.
"She's only where she is, because you can't keep your pants on you filthy old raisin. Besides that, she's human...." Sion says, crossing her arms.
Nyeyomi placed her hands into her coat pockets. "You're argument is invalid, Sion. For one, I have no desire to dabble in such a way. I have a business acumen to uphold here. Secondly, I may be a human, however I am far more calculated than you. You may be an esper elementar, yet you lack wit, and merely respond in selfish, rudimentary manners. Bare in mind, I've had my hands on plenty of projects here. I am not one to be trifled with, even if you dislike me for whatever reasoning. You are far too rodomontade for your own well being, No wonder no one likes you, Sion."
Sion laughs to herself, "Sooo many projects and people...Sooo little time. I have to cut some of these down. But perhaps I should start with things that TALK." She says, looking sharply to Nyeyomi.
Kaos stands up quickly, "Now ladies! No need to get snappy with one another. We are all comrades here. Nyeyomi? Please head off to your mission, don't worry about Sion. I will see to her."
Sion stands up, "No. I am not going to stand by and idle... As stated, there are things that must be done.... Not here in this room however..." She says, walking to the door, nearing Nyeyomi. She looks to the brunette with piecing eyes, before shoving passed her, leaving.
Nyeyomi watched the purple haired esper head off, unthreatened. "Someone should educate her more in depth on grammar. It's nearly as lamentable as her humor. Just a thought, Kaos." She holds up a hand, before exiting the room as well, making her way down the opposite hallway.
Kaos sighs to himself as he takes his seat, "(All of these collisions are proving to be quite the conundrum.")
Nyeyomi progressed down the hall, in the pathway to head for the teleport to sector C. Glitch was leaning off a wall, and spots her from his peripheral. He turns to her quickly, "You heading to the Valley?"
Nyeyomi looked to him, adjusting her cat goggles around her neck. "Maybe." She jested slightly.
"Urgh, just be careful. I have to head back to the tech labs. Telling you, working on creating a data info structure, so these bastards to get through, is irritating." Glitch states, crossing his arms.
"Then why not accompany me, Glitch?" Nyeyomi placed a hand to her hip, as she kept her eyes on him.
"I don't like seeing Nala that way... Forget it. Go, get out of here. I got work to do." Glitch states, pushing himself off the wall.
"Suit yourself." Nyeyomi stepped off slightly, her back facing him. "With an astute mind such as yours, I'm surprised you work so hard for Kaos as you do. I'm sure you of all people see the tension increasing. There is much trepidation sundering the ambiance of how things have gone."
"We've already had this talk. I'm not here to make friends. I'm just here to do what I have to." Glitch says, as he starts to walk the other direction.
Nyeyomi glanced back, "Then why bother addressing me to begin with?" She smirked softly.
"Don't get any ideas. Every one of you are the same, but I need you alive." He states, keeping his back turned.
"Is that so?" Nyeyomi inquired.
"Yeah, now get to work." He spat out, walking off from Nyeyomi.
Nyeyomi watched him slightly, before turning off a bit. "How cantankerous as always, perhaps even a bit condescending. Curious. Just what could be processing in that mind of yours, I wonder?" She spoke to herself, heading off to sector C.
She arrives soon to a run down, battered part of the city, there were ruins of buildings, and the sounds of bombs detonating, as well as construction. Freya and Sandra were over looking some workers nearby. "Mmm, good work so far, Devatose dear. You're turning out to be a very good worker." She says, patting Devatose on her shoulder.
"Like oh my gosh, really? That's like so rad, I mean like seriously, Freya. It's totally bitch'n that you think that. I'm like so sure." Sandra giggled.
"Ho ho ho, but of course my girl. Just think, in a matter of months this entire area will be new Kaos property. We might even get our own little restaurant district... Hmm, thinking how close are we to lunch, dear?" She asks to Sandra, looking to her.
"Oh barf me out. You're not going to eat another whole rack of ribs are you? Like grody to the max, I'm like so sure. Gag me with a spoon gal pal, but like seriously. You should totally try this diet I've like been on, for like a year or so now. It's like super righteous, I mean it's totally vegan but like, like it's totally rad, and you should seriously try it." Sandra placed her hands to her hips.
Freya holds her nose up high, "Hmph, never! I could never turn away the glorious, juicy, savory red meat. That would be the end of existence for me." She says, licking her lips.
"Oh bag your face, like groooooddddy." Sandra scoffed.
"Eh-hem." Nyeyomi stood behind them, with her arms crossed.
Sandra and Freya turn their attention to Nyeyomi. "Oh! One of the big wigs. What brings you here hun?" Freya states, crossing her arms.
Sandra kept her mouth quiet, knowing the higher ups were more ruthless by this point in time. Nyeyomi walked passed them slightly. "A routine check up. I have been asked to make sure everything is in order and such. However, I hear talks of debauchery indulgences, over the nature of your job. standing around idly could stir up quite the commotion." Nyeyomi stated, in a slight warning manner.
Freya jumps at the sounds of her words, "I assure you, we're just speaking over how good operations are moving. Nothing about lunch or...Uhhh...Would you like to speak to the commander here?" She states, trying to take the heat off of the situation.
"Indeed I do, if you would care to point me in her direction. Just keep your talk of this to a minimum, and you shouldn't have anything derisive to concern yourself with down the road." Nyeyomi remarked.
Freya nods, "Understood, you can find Commander Bombodia that direction." She says, pointing down a road, that held some fallen street lights. Rain had begun to set in now around them.
"Keep out of trouble now." Nyeyomi said, heading off down the road.
She soon finds Bombodia, who was holding a female worker by her arm. The worker screams, "Now,now it won't hurt much. You slack off, this is what happens..." Bombodia says, pulling the female worker's hand to a land mine, she had placed on the ground.
"Must you create agony in such an archaic manner, Bombodia? You might cause a chain reaction doing this, ya'know." Nyeyomi looked to the pink haired unit.
Beeping of the land mine is heard as Bombodia quickly swings the worker away from it. It explodes, and she turns her attention to Nyeyomi as the dust cleared. "...Chain reactions or not, as long as stuff gets blown up. That's all that matters. So, the uppers send you to check on my performance?" She states, forming a cocky smirk.
"Indeed." Nyeyomi looks to the worker with her arms crossed, then her eyes pan to Bombodia. "Even so, torture and mutilation? You may get obedience if you don't kill them, but it would create unneeded complications to their work ethic."
Bombodia laughs slightly, "You don't have to tell me how to run my workers. Fear is a great motivator, besides it also makes them more quick on the trigger. The one's who are blown up in places, get shipped back to Kaos for robotic work. We're not loosing production, you can count on that. I will say though, it sucks when you find yourself having to off so many quickly... Humans shatter too fast." She says, turning away from Nyeyomi briefly, to some workers.
"That may be so, however in such a process you are giving me more work, when I could be placing my time elsewhere, with keeping units up to speed and processing at full capacity. Or perhaps my new assignment, that I have been assigned." Nyeyomi replied, boredly.
Bombodia looks back to Nyeyomi with a smirk, "What? You saying you don't want to do your job? You are the robotics engineer."
"We have enough work to deal with now, that Salvodore has been terminated from his position." Nyeyomi explained. "Now the rest of us scientists are to pick up the slack."
"That so?" Bombodia says, stepping closer to Nyeyomi. "So, you're saying, because Salvodore is no longer around, you got more work to deal with? Then because of that, you're just not happy I'm giving you more work to do?"
"I am implying that the work flow has increased, and I am unable to complete the majority of what workers get brought in each day as it is. I was merely making a suggestion, however I digress. I am here to make sure you're functioning properly without any errors or complications. Maintenance if you woul, the usual routine check up." Nyeyomi stated.
Bombodia grips to Nyeyomi's right arm,"Now hang on, I wasn't done yet. You want me to not do my job, because you just can't take the pressure from yours... I hate to say it, but Sion might have had a point with the message she brought to my attention."
"What exactly did that pretentious girl tell you? Her rodomontade antics are rather bothersome, to say the least." Nyeyomi narrowed her eyes, to Bombodia.
"You're lazy, not really into your work, and you prance around like you have nothing better to do. Granted yeah, you're not lazy. It was just some other things. Like reading your mind, that you have ulterior motives behind that workaholic nature of yours." Bombodia states, increasing her grip.
"Now that's a preposterous notion. Is she truly resorting to this, just because Kaos complimented me on my job? How juvenile." Nyeyomi looked unamused.
"Thing is, Kaos got wind too... I suppose we're just weeding out the traitors... Be straight up... Unlike me... You don't run on instructions... Tell me why I shouldn't blow you up?" Bombodia states, as her other hand forms a sticky bomb.
"Is this an attempt to show that you are ostentatious, or is Sion making you do this, Bomby?" Nyeyomi looked to her, seriously.
"I'm only working for the best interest of the organization... It pains me to have to do this to you, if it's needed, but you're not giving me any other choice, Nye." Bombodia says, sighing.
"I suppose I have no choice, but to temp fate in this action of trepidation. Don't forget, it was Kaos who killed your family, and even made you into this. I am part of this organization, but a friend has helped me open my eyes. To see things in a more pragmatic light, and even see that what Kaos is doing, is grievously nefarious. I want to alleviate what they have done, what I have done, and cease the concerns if need be. I am not your enemy, Bombodia." Nyeyomi stated, keeping her focus to the unit.
Bombodia sighs, "Shit... I honestly.... Does Shinz and Glitch know of this as well?"
"Indeed they do, I have only just now had the opportunity to speak with you. I want to help you. Understand?" Nyeyomi explained.
"...Well, that clears up a lot... Heh, but help me? Help us? You're far too deep in... I'm not risking myself... I can't risk myself... I've lost too much already. Kaos... They run the world...Ha ha...You are good...." Bombodia says, shaking her head, though deep down, she knew she was fighting with herself.
"Think about this logically Bombodia, Nala. I'm trying help everyone whose been dragged into this, who don't deserve to live this way." Nyeyomi remained unshaken, her focus not leaving Bombodia.
"I'm sorry about this...But. I just can't take any chances." Bombodia says, setting the sticky bomb in Nyeyomi's right hand. "I'll let you leave with at least half of yourself... I've already lost everything."
"Bombodia. You haven't lost everything. Think about your brother, Malachai." Nyeyomi's focus was breaking, looking to the bomb in her hand. She couldn't budge it, and the uneasy atmosphere was setting in.
Bombodia lets off of Nyeyomi's arm, as the bomb begins to beep. She smiles, "You were always a good person... I'm really sorry...."
Nyeyomi tried to rid the bomb, extending her arm, but it was stuck to her palm. "Listen to me Bombodia, you're only doing what Kaos wants. What Sion wants. They're manipulating you."
Bombodia laughs manically, "Manipulating me!? They made me what I am. You should have stuck to your job. As Dread would say, tick tock. You got three seconds."
One beep, then another, and finally the last, before a frenzy of beeping. The sheer look of terror on Nyeyomi's face was seen, as the bomb erupted in her palm. The pressure of the explosion shredded up her arm, tearing through the flesh to her bone. She was knocked back hard, and the entirety of her right arm was shattered in an instant. Blood came from the nub of a shoulder left, leaking to the ground like a faint waterfall of red. She was breathing heavy, in immense pain.
Bombodia begins to laugh historically, "That's worth something to look at. I'll call the HQ, have them pick you up for renovation damage..." She says, pulling to her palm.
Glitch appears, and spots Nyeyomi, he then looks to Bombodia growling. "WHAT THE HELL HAPPENED HERE!?" He shouted to Bombodia.
She looks to Glitch with a seductive stare, "Glitch? That traitor is what will become of us if you think going against Kaos is the right thing to do. She told me everything."
Glitch walks over to Nyeyomi's side, and turns back to Bombodia. "You're really gone aren't you?... You couldn't even pull yourself to believe THAT SHE was your way out... Perhaps all of us... I'm sorry Nala... I really had hopes for your return... But I guess you're nothing but a puppet at this point..."
Bombodia gasps, "Puppet? I'm only doing what I'm instructed to do. It's my job!"
Glitch forms data around Nyeyomi, holding the blood from leaking, "Job? You don't even sound like yourself. You'd run at the sound of that word... I'm not talking to my old friend... You're scum... If you even dare tell Kaos about anything... I'll kill you myself."
"Heh, you know?... I won't say anything... I want to see just how far you get, with this ideal of yours. I'll humor you green... Jin... That's what your human name was, right?" Bombodia mocked.
"...You don't deserve to call me that anymore..." Glitch says, picking Nyeyomi up into his arms.
"Fine... Where you taking her though? You take her back to Kaos... It'll be hang time for her. Permanently." Bombodia states, crossing her arms.
"Ohhh, you don't have to worry about that. I have my calculations on things. The only time you'll see me again, is during missions... As for Nyeyomi, her variable with this organization is deleted..." Glitch says, forming data around himself.
"Going off grid, eh? Fine... I'll keep my eye out for your grand escape... Remember though, if anything else, I may come across you in my scrap yard." Bombodia says, smirking.
Glitch teleports away with Nyeyomi, as Bombodia turns back to the ruined location around her. She holds a hand to her head. "(W-Why?...Why is it so...Powerful? I couldn't fight anything...Kaos...Really...Has me....)" She thinks to herself, as she begins to laugh.
Glitch soon arrives in a apartment, he enters the living room, and lays Nyeyomi on the couch. His data was holding the wound around her arm, which was now glowing with red coloring. "...Grr..Dammit.." He reaches out his hand, forming a digital computer screen. He opens another window, which displayed email. He types in a message regarding Nyeyomi's condition. "You better get this Nari... It's pretty bad... Ugh... Fuck it all..." Glitch sends the message, and looks to Nyeyomi. "Help is on the way, okay?"
Nyeyomi seemed in quite a lot of pain, yet she somehow was able to remain conscious after that. She held one eye shut tight, and the other barely open. "Why... did you risk saving me..?" She winced.
"Did that bomb blow out your brains too? I needed you alive. Lucky for you, Nari is good at repairing things outside of Kaos." Glitch states, keeping a straight face.
"I'm not vacuous, Jin... I know you mentioned that prior... urgh.. to the mission. Keep your reasons surreptitious then... This... Pain is festering..." Nyeyomi shifted slightly, from the throbbing agony of her limbless shoulder.
"Tough, you'll have to deal with it until Nari gets here. You'll live... Or you better. I'll check back after I take care of things at Kaos..." He turns to walk away.
Nyeyomi grabs his arm with her left hand. She was looking to him through a painful gaze. "..."
Glitch pulls away from her. "I honestly don't have time for this... Fine... I'll help you minimize the pain, then I have to go."
"You go, I bleed out. Does that not compute?" She sits up shakily, looking to him. "..You showed up and saved me... when you previously said you couldn't see Nala that way... Urgh.. That's... what I was inquiring about..."
"I had orders to check on Bombodia. That was out of my hands. My reasons for saving you, was needing you alive, we talked about things before. Remember? I told you not to jump to conclusions. At this rate though, I'm fucked no matter what I do. I mean, I could get anyone else to do what I need you to do... But there are some things I just don't get with other packages... So, I'll stay if you stop whining, but if I get called. I'm leaving..." Glitch says, folding his arms. "I'll have to keep my pressure on that, until Nari gets back..."
"...." Nyeyomi glanced off slightly, still groaning from the stinging brutality. "If you hadn't shown up, I don't know where I would be right about now... I'm jubilant... that you intervened, when you did. I'm indebted to you, Jin... I was merely trying to aid you, and the others... I got careless." Nyeyomi sighed, peering back to him.
Glitch sighs, "Just stop blabbering, save your energy. I get it okay? Now try to rest."
Nyeyomi smiled a bit softly, as her eyes grew weary. She was leaning back to the couch, but she was now having a hard time keeping them open.
Glitch turns to Nyeyomi, "(Urgh idiot...Why did you have to go off, and get yourself in this mess? This really complicates things...)"
Nari soon arrives, and opens the door to her house. She spots Glitch who was standing over Nyeyomi. "OH MY JOAN!" She gasps, rushing to to Nyeyomi's side. "I got the message, but I didn't think it was this bad!"
Glitch groans, "Well, it is. So fix it. I have to get back to Kaos.."
Nari turns to Glitch, anger in her face, "YOU COULD HAVE AT LEAST CAUTERIZED THE WOUND!"
Glitch folds his arms, "That's what you're here for... And why I called you. Idiot."
"I don't have time for this. GO! GET OUT! I do thank you for getting her here, but you really need to work on your MANNERS!" Nari yelled.
Glitch shakes his head, walking off fading into data energy. Nari then turns her attention back to Nyeyomi. "Urgh honestly, I don't know why you even put up with him." The bleeding started up, as the data around her arm vanished with Glitch. "Oh jeez!" Nari gasped.
Nyeyomi opened her eyes weakly looking to Nari. "Urgh, suppose I have my reasons." She tried to laugh, but she hurt too much.
"Shh...don't talk too much okay? Let's get you to the lab downstairs...Damn Kaos...Damn them all.." Nari stated, shaking around.
Nari quickly got Nyeyomi down to the lab, having to help stop the bleeding now that Glitch was absent. She got her to the table, helping her lay down. Nyeyomi weakly looked to Nari, as she went for her tools.
"I'm so used to having other subjects down here, but I never thought it'd come to this... From the damage though. I may be forced to do some extensive experimenting..." Nari says, looking back to Nyeyomi by her tools.
"Do.. what you need to do..." Nyeyomi winced.
Nari nods, "Okay, let's get started..."
Nari Went through the process of stopping the bleeding, by cauterizing the wound first, but Nyeyomi had lost quiet a bit of blood, let alone an entire arm. Things weren't looking good for Nyeyomi however. She seemed to be regressing at a rapid rate, even with the bleeding ceased.
"Dammit, it's not working! What do I do...Think...Think..." Nari then spots her reflection in a mirror nearby. "...(Wait... If could somehow make her an Elementar, I could stop the effects! Let me see though.... I had been running tests... but most of the subjects...)" She thought to herself, turning her attention to Nyeyomi. "Nyeyomi? Listen, I'm going to try something, but first. I need your answer. The risks of this could be life or death, but it's the only way I see it working to save you." Nari inquired.
"Just alleviate the situation Nari... do what you have to do... I don't care about the side effects... Just get it over with." Nyeyomi grunted, keeping her eyes shut.
Nari nods, "R-Right..." Nari says, grabbing to a syringe with orange liquid. She injects it into Nyeyomi's arm. Soon Nyeyomi's body had started to glow of the liquid's color, then suddenly her hand started to smoke from the tips.
Nyeyomi shakily opened her eyes, looking to her left hand as flames began to smolder from her finger tips, as she held it closer to view. She stared to it in confusion, even with her shoulder beginning to heal on it's own further. "What... is this?"
Nari giggles, "Well, the effects are working, this is great!"
Nyeyomi sat up, staring more to the flames, as they subsided slightly, but grew again. It was fluxing beyond her ability to control it. "Nari. What am I? Did you make me into... an artificial elementar?"
Nari nods smiling, "You're quick. I found it was the only way to really fix the problem. I'm so happy it worked though! This is amazing! Just think of what we can do with this!"
Nyeyomi looked to her seriously. "This is beyond what I pictured could occur, it's enigmatic. Even the festering pain has subsided." Nyeyomi looked to her shoulder, as the flames died down, to touch the scarred over tissue.
"Yup! I figured to heal you faster, making you into an Elementar would fix up that problem, but what remains now, is that arm..." Nari says, placing her hands to her waist.
"You supply the tools, and I think I can manage reconstructing the arm. I had enough practice back under Kaos. Though, I'm basically a fire elementar now... What would Creed think of this?..." Nyeyomi glanced to Nari.
Nari shrugs, "That's a good question... He doesn't know I'm an Elementar, keeping it secret it shouldn't be too hard. Besides, someday, we might have enough artificial elementar to bring down Kaos, maybe even get to the point of... Oh, I'm day dreaming too much."
Nyeyomi patted Nari's shoulder, "Thank you Nari, you saved my ass." She smiled to the other girl.
Nari giggles, "Wow, I've never heard that side of you before. Must be a side effect. I like it, goes with your new fiery nature."She says, reaching to a water bottle.
