29 Joining The Yami!

Dan suddenly felt like the whole world was spinning backwards. He couldn't believe what he just heard — fifty thousand gold coins. That amount of money could help all the poor children in the city live a methodical normal life. Even the wealthiest person in the whole elemental city would get a heart attack after hearing that amount.

"Did I hear it wrong? Did you say it cost fifty thousand gold coins?"

Feng started to get aggregated. Suddenly, she wanted to give the medicines to Dan for free, but when she thought about the consequences, she stopped. The organization behind her was not a low-level one. Even she didn't know its exact power, so she didn't dare to do anything stupid.

"Is there any other ways I could make a payment. For example missions or stuff like that," Dan didn't even have one gold coins with him, let alone fifty thousand gold coins. "Alright then, how do I join it?" After hearing the benefits, Dan was eager to join the Yamii organization.

"But, I can't do that right now."

Dan was in a bit of a pickle. Although he was eager to join the Yami organization, he wasn't in a position where he could complete the job given.

He needed to take care of Yue for a while. Until Yang came to the rescue, he couldn't leave her side. Even now, he was worried that something terrible might have happened to her.

Dan's face instantly lit up after holding the materials with both of his hands.

"Dan, come to meet me at thunderstrike village when you have the time," Feng lightly said as she saw Dan's bright face.

"Thank you sister," Dan smiled and used the crane dance to head to Yue. He couldn't wait- he wanted to fix Yue's health problem before it caused any devastating impact.

"Sister?" Xu came down the stairs with a confused face. She looked at her master's face and got even more confused. How come her master who always put a cold front, was smiling.

"What did I miss?"

"You didn't miss anything," Feng cheerfully said as she looked at her disciple.
