"Are you alright!" Devil king said as he felt Dan's muscle twitch from time to time.

"I am doing just fine! What about Yue. What should we do?"

Dan struggled to keep his cool as he placed Yue at the cozy bed located nearby him.

He was currently in Long's residence. After knowing that Dan had infiltrated into City lord's mansion, Long was almost consumed with fear. Although he acted tough and seemed quite rough from his appearance, he was in actuality an honest person. He cried and mourned for people who were suffering from being mistreated. And, he didn't have one trace of respect for people who treated an unprivileged member of the society unfairly.

"You need to run away as quickly as you can! They will probably assign immortals from all the clans in the elemental city with the duty of finding you."

"Do you have anything to eat?" Dan got embarrassed as he asked Long. Before his strength was gone, he didn't need to eat anything as the devil energy supplied his body, so he never had to ask anyone for food.

He quickly ordered some of the servants he found to get food as soon as possible.

The sign seemed to have been written by a famous artist as it carried elegance with each stroke.

The building that was behind the board seemed quite ancient. Dan could even smell primordial air exuded from it. Long had told Dan that it constructed about a hundred years ago.

Carefully, Dan walked a few steps and the door was on his face as he tried to stop.

"Creak!"

He slowly opened the door, hoping to not attract any customers attention. However, as soon as he stepped inside, his thoughts were blown into pieces.

"Why is it empty?" He said with confusion as his gaze landed upon the vacant room.

" Hello, Is anyone here?" After a minute or two, he couldn't take it anymore, so he spoke out. However, only silence met his question.

Hearing no replies, Dan started to feel the lingering darkness and the oppressive atmosphere. He was no longer sure if he was in the right place.

"HEY! Are you still going to stay down there? My master's been waiting for you for the past hour or so."

Suddenly, an extremely appealing voice echoed through the room as Dan felt chills on his back.

" Do you not hear me? Didn't Long tell you?... That bastard, he always play with me. Anyway, come upstairs. "

Dan wasn't sure whether he should do. However, after thinking about Yue, he decided to walk up the stairs.

"Ummm!"

As he got to the top, he smelled the heavy fragrance of medicines and started to get intoxicated.

"Finally, you are up, you dumbass!" A girl similar to a loli appeared before Dan as he got to the second floor. Loli wasn't exactly the best way to describe her as she was as tall as Dan.

" Xu, shut your mouth, don't call our guest dumbass," A charming beauty suddenly appeared out of nowhere, nearly blowing Dan's mind.

Her beauty was almost unreal. Her hair was the color of the moon light, while her skin was same as the white snow.

She was classically beautiful, her large liquid brown eyes held such intelligence and serenity that it was impossible for one not to be held prisoner by them. Even Dan was almost capitated by them.

From her apperance, one could feel like she was untainted, even the city's corruptness seemed to have no effect on her.

" Hello there little brother, my name is Feng. Long must have told you about me," The delicate beauty said as she saw Dan's astonished expression.
