6 Sky immortal sect!

"What?"

The experts from the city were left dumbstruck upon hearing those words. Not only them but the Yime family members were also stunned.

Becoming a disciple of an immortal was once a lifetime opportunity and to miss would be the dumbest thing a person could do.

"Sorry, Immortal...I can't.."

Against the countless expert's expectations, the girl did something unusual.

The little girl didn't hesitate to reject the offer. Even though she was a kid, she was more mature than she looked.

She knew that it was because of this old fellow that her family suffered so much.

She detested such person.

"Oh well. It's my fault."

The old guy shook his head gently. He looked at her and smiled. Suddenly a deep resolution was made inside his head. He wanted her as a disciple.

He was testing her just now. He wanted to know if she had a conscience which suited his liking.

"So, I guess I will start from the very beginning..."

The immortal started to explain himself after a while.

He clarified himself as an unknown control factor which caused such a chain reaction.

Firstly, he was the one to give the order to the city lord to get the family, especially the little girl. He was extremely busy dealing with some immortal stuff, so he couldn't personally come.

He saw the girl once while wandering the village, so he knew she was best suited for his legacy.

However, the city lord thought that the family offended Immortal Yan in some way. The city lord was inferior to Immortal Yan, so the city lord wanted to please immortal Yan in the best way possible.

As the city lord was quite corrupt and vile, he thought Immortal Yan wasn't someone who would give human-like feeling to mortals.

As the city lord's idea escalated, he decided to give an order to three squad captain rank powerhouse to capture the family.

As the chase began, Yime killed one squad captain, angering the city lord, so the city lord decided to send five captain rank subordinate and countless martial artists.

The chase nearly destroyed the family, however, Yime tackled each problem one by one.

Furthermore, after a few months, they were back to their village, hiding from the outside.

Against their expectation, the expert knew their exact location. It might have been village members but they didn't care who it was, as who in the village could stand against the city lord's power.

Finally, at the last moment of their life, Dan saved them. If he wasn't there, they would probably be lying dead on the floor.

"I am extremely sorry! In no way I mean to cause harm to your family."

The immortal had an ashamed look as he faced the Yime family.

The Yime family members look softened by a bit, although there was anger clearly written on their face.

They could accept the fact that there was a miscommunication, however, they were angry as the immortal could have come by himself and no miscommunication could have occurred.

"You guys should be happy that sir is apologising."

One of the white-clothed expert came to the front of the family and said those words with a cold snicker.

He was ready to fight at any time. Yime killed his blood-related brother, so there was only hatred he felt towards the Yime family.

"Stop Dime!" a sound was heard nearby the door of the cottage.

A gold-clothed expert came in through the door.

He had black hair, old face and a smile was hanging on his face. His eyes drifted around until it landed on the Immortal Yam. His eyes nearly popped out of his socket.

"Sir!"

The golden clothed expert bowed towards the immortal, showing the immortal yan's seniority.

"Immortal Pico"

The white-clothed man's heart nearly jumped up out of his chest on the sight of the golden robed immortal.

"Senior. Why have you come to my village?"

The golden robed man looked at the sword immortal with an interesting look.

The sword immortal wasn't someone who would be interested in the back pond of the world, such as this village or the so-called 'immortal' city. He was a heroic figure who achieved numerous things in life.

He was a major head of an immortal sect. He was someone who could only be looked upon as an idol by the mortal.

"Senior Pico"

Yime was also astonished at the sight of the golden robed immortal. He was born in this village and he lived in this village for most of his life, so he knew who was the most important person in the entire village.

Although it was called a village, it wasn't quite so.

The land spanned over 10 miles and there were about 6 mountains that were classified as one village, moreover, that wasn't it. There were rivers surrounding the village, making the village almost like a small country.

All that land - more specifically the village was owned by the Yang clan.

The Yang clan could rule the village due to this golden robed elder. If it wasn't for him, there would be destruction - the village would have been attacked and looted by powerful martial artists.

Even Yime looked up to such a figure. He wanted to be immortal himself, but he had absolutely no knowledge of immortal techniques or immortal schools.

After he had enough of searching for immortal techniques, he went to seek Senior Pico to make him his disciple. After many years, he got a chance to meet him.

However, fate wasn't merciful and Senior Pico didn't accept him as a disciple.

Apparently to become an immortal, one had to start practising immortal technique before the age of fifteen. Furthermore, special consultation was required to become strong as an immortal.

After hearing the first part of the requirement, Yime was devastated. All he could think throughout his life was to become an immortal and when he had the chance, heaven killed his dream.

He was traumatised. His life flashed before his at that moment, he saw himself fight and explore the world for that clue, making him feel stupid.

Pico felt sympathetic towards Yime, d

so he gave him a peak martial technique.

The martial technique was something that couldn't be afforded by mortal money, yet Pico gave it to him. Yime felt gratitude towards Pico since that day.

Yime decided to forget the past after that. He trained to become a martial artist. After a few years, he became strong enough to explore the city and four villages with confidence.

Although that was the case, he couldn't pay back the favour, leaving him a bit sour in his heart.

"Senior Pico, why...are you here?" Yime voice shuttered. His voice was overflowing with emotion. Pico was his idol in a way, so he wasn't able to control himself.

"Yime, so... What happened here?"

"Well...Senior Pico..." a soft voice sounded. It was from Yime's wife. She started to explain the whole situation and the scenario which led to the final outcome.

"Sigh, I wouldn't say you couldn't blame Senior Yam, but you have to know one thing before actually bashing him," Pico paused for a moment before speaking out again. "Senior Pico is the sect master of the Sky Immortal sect. It's located 20000 miles away from here...It takes more than five years for a normal person to get here from that place. Even Senior Yan would need more than a month to get here at his top speed. Moreover, he has a lot of responsibilities for his position. So do you blame him?"

Yime and his family members were jolted from reality. They had never gone outside the range of four villages and the city, so they were dumbstruck upon hearing that.
