The door fell open and moonlight poored into the limited opening from a open window. The scenery outside of it was beautiful, but it was drafty so she closed the shutters. The door shut behind her and locked itself again. It was like being inside of a tomb.

Yan Sha felt around again and found a soft bed that had been made up for her to sleep so she collapsed and fell into a deep dreamless sleep.

As she closed her eyes she heard a faint clink, like something had opened. She knew she needed to be alert, but she was just too tired. The exhaustion more than she'd considered.

It was dripping. Something wet was touching her arm. Yan Sha woke up startled and jerked her hand away when she realized it was a drip from above her. She looked at her hand and was confused that her sleeve was missing as she touched her chest she realized in her sleep someone had taken her out of her travel weary clothes and undone her hair. The only thing that had kept her warm was her hair which had been wrapped around her.

Yan sha surmised what was around her and saw a set of white clothing had been placed and folded along with a simple silver hair pin. The pin was embossed with a small lion which she noted as she dressed herself. The white clothes were much more fitted than her previous clothing. She wondered if the sir and madam who had greeted her before expected her to study martial arts as the fabric was allowing a lot more movement than the usual garments she wore.

The door opened and Yan Sha lowered herself into a bow. She had prostrated herself so that she could not see whom had entered the room.

"Rise." A gruff male voice said with an air of irritation. "I am below your station. Such reference is lost on me. A simple nod is more appropriate. I'm just your teacher for right now, Yan Sha. If you do this before every one you will learn from your head will never get off the ground."

Two servants behind him with soft feet came in and began feeding Yan Sha as she tried to feed herself they slapped her hands. Yan Sha squealed.

"While you are with us, the servants will tend to your other body functions while we retrain your mind. Don't worry about such silly things as other things are of more importance. Zaiyuan wanted this done as quickly as possible so we have sped up some of the vetting processes."
