11 Pa~pa~

The white snake smirked and its eyes were filled with interest.

Fan Daiyu heard one last chilling laugh that made her hairs stand on end.

Now that she thought about it, everything was very strange. She couldn't understand this world.

Everything seemed different.

Where were the hospitals? Where was the world she once knew?

Why was there a strange existence inside her?

Why was everything so confusing?

When she came out of her thoughts, she realized that many sparkling eyes had been gazing at her with infatuation.

Her laugh at the words the physician had said caused all of them freeze for various minutes and slowly turn to her. They all had similar thoughts coursing through their minds.

[THAT WAS THE CUTEST BABY LAUGH EVER. AH! AHHH! AAAAHH!

JESUS. BUDDAH. ANYBODY. ANYTHING.

HAVE MERCY!]

As they were all screaming in their minds, they failed to notice that Daiyu let out a tired and helpless sigh.

[Its hard dealing with adults like them.]

She waited for them to fall down from cloud nine and wriggled uncomfortably when they took too long.

Fan Ying was the first to notice her feeling uncomfortable. Since he wanted more quality time with her, he ignored the reaching hands of both women and snatched the little girl.

Nuwa Yenay's eyes unconsciously lowered with a dangerous glint and her eyebrows wrinkled as she glanced at her empty arms.

Fan Ying felt a dark aura and two piercing gazes directed at him. A chill ran down his spine but he didn't relent or give up his baby.

He looked at the two women and his face paled.

The majestic general ran with the child in his arms and disappeared before the women could explode on him.

He ran but he could feel the evil creatures on his trail. He felt so aggrieved.

[She's my daughter too.]

The child in his arms laughed at everything that was happening.

That heavenly voice made his soul feel over the heavens.

His foolish expression only made the child laugh more.

[It was worth stealing this precious treasure.]

His face became righteous as he tried to justify himself and comfort his frightened heart.

"Baby, can you believe that those vile women are trying to separate us.

Fan Daiyu laughed at her foolish father as he continued making himself feel better.

"Yeah, that's right. How dare they. I'm your papa."

She giggled at his words before two figures rushed to the scene like obsessed demons.

"How dare we WHAT AGAIN honey?"

Fan Ying shivered at his wife's smile but quickly regained his vitality by just one look from his baby jade.

"You heard me! You're trying to steal MY baby away. You're just jealous of our strong and beautiful connection as father and daughter."

Everyone at the scene gaped in shock at his shamelessness, including Fan Daiyu. He seemed so proud and satisfied at his words too.

But what shocked them the most and almost made them all drop dead were the little jade's actions.

Fan Daiyu tried her best to hold back her explosive laughter but she couldn't help it as it escaped her lips.

She laughed and said, "ba~ ba~….

Pa~ pa~"

She giggled and clapped as she looked at her father.

Fan Ying had frozen in shock and slowly his eyes saw that Daiyu's eyes were shining with mirth and laughter but they were directed at him.

His eyes formed crescents and teared up. His heart swelled up with an indescribable happiness and pride as his eyes glittered and shone as if reflecting the suns light.

"My precious jade call me again"

"pa~pa~"

She giggled and hugged him but her body stiffened as she remembered a very important fact.

She realized her mistake as she noticed everyone's reactions.

It was excessively early for her to speak.

It's barely my second day alive and I'm already making mistakes.

She couldn't do anything about it. She wanted to stark talking already.

She hugged her father and prayed for the best.

Fan Ying was overjoyed. He almost screamed his feelings out right then and there like a little girl but stopped himself when he felt two small, cute, chubby, and small arms embrace him.

His heart felt like it was pierced by an arrow.

Nuwa Yenay and Lilian Dalai finally started to react.

Lilian was in a daze full of confusion and amazement while Nuwa Yenay glared at her husband with increasing jealousy.

She neared her husband and daughter and wanted to snatch her child from that mighty husband of hers.

The couple seemed like two rivals fighting for the love of one maidens heart.

She was about to force him to relent with all her old techniques but Lilian approached them.

"When was she born again? She still looks like a newborn. This could also be the reason for her nightmares which eventually result in her episodes"

After hearing her talk about their jade and her illness, they both immediately calmed down and Fan Ying revealed his daughter that strangely hadn't cried yet.

"She's only two days old"

She curiously looked up at them and smiled. She looked so innocent and naive. However, it was all fake.

Fan Daiyu was acting it all out perfectly. She looked pure and foolish like any other baby but her eyes were tinged with intelligence that she was incapable of hiding.

Lilian neared her and started inspecting her.

When her eyes slanted mysteriously, Fan Daiyu's heart felt as if it was about to burst. She was screaming in her heart but didn't reveal anything on her face. Years of mistreatment in her past life had helped her acting to hide her emotions until she arrived to her small valley. She would never want to break down in front of others. She didn't want to be weak especially after being abandoned.

Lilian looked at the foolish child. Many thoughts were coursing through her head but the child really seemed like a normal baby.
