4 We will have to terminate both of you

"The winter wind, the snow, the cold air and... you. How can someone like you, who's so warm and beautiful, be cold and destructive at the same time?" The Prince asks while caressing the Witch's cheeks.

"My apologies, Prince. I am not what you think I am. I am a monster, I am not warm like other Princesses. I am not as beautiful as empresses. I am not... for you. My ancestors brought destruction to your ancestors." She walked away from the Prince. Her torn skirt lets the sunlight shine through her---

"Her legs! Haha! It should be her legs, so the Prince will have a nice view that can heat his winter up!" Eunica abruptly said while reading the only storybook she has.

Her grandmother gave it to her when she was only three years old. The pages are torn and its color is almost fading. Her drawings during her childhood almost cover the pictures.

Eunica sighed from reading the word 'broken angel.'

"Hi! My name's Angel, but I am not an angel. I'm a witch." She whispers while looking at the ceiling.

"Witch? Because I am someone who manipulates poor experiment objects and use them for the betterment of the inhuman activities of inhuman humans." She abruptly said then buried her face in the book.

"Miss Eunica Angel #002, the secretary of the President would like to see you." The soldier suddenly barged in her room, she looked at him angrily because she's still in her pajamas and she hasn't taken a shower.

Today was supposed to be her rest day but here is a soldier, telling her to go and meet another female entity in the institution.

"Sorry," The soldier blushed but before he can close the door, Eunica remembered him.

He was the one that has been talking to her since day one of her interaction with Jin, he gave her the scissor, comb and blade that she did not even used.

"Hey! What's your name?" She rolled over to rest on her stomach while her hand is resting on her hand.

"I'm Soldier-- I'm Sarin. You can call me Rin." He scratches his head while smiling, he acts shyly while saying his name.

Eunica went on her feet while thinking about what his name means, and when she remembered what it is, she smiled which made his heart skipped a beat.

"Helpful! That means helpful! Which is why you were kind of helpful to us and also, I knew you were a bit soft!" She exclaimed while her face shows surprise as if she found out who he is in an instant.

But this suddenly made him dark, his smile suddenly vanished. He got so serious then closed the door without saying goodbye,

"Heh, as if he needs to say goodbye."

Eunica was asking herself all the way to the secretary's office,

'Why do I need to see her? Did I do something wrong? Will they give me a vacation? Maybe they will raise my salary?'

When she arrived, standing in front of the door, she fixed her hair and outfit. The Secretary is known for being strict when it comes to the appearance of the employee.

'Hah, the scientist looks mad so why do we need to look good. Wait, maybe that's why they are called a mad scientist, or maybe because they are mad which makes them do mad things? What? What. Ugh!'

She entered with her 'mad' expression while calling herself an idiot internally.

"And what is that expression, Eunica?" The secretary, as sexy as ever, with her office outfit, asks her. She's on her seat, with piles of papers on her desk. She's the only one that calls her by her name and not with that robot-like E.A. #002

"Uh, nothing, Ma'am." Eunica can't take her eyes off from the curves of the secretary.

While Eunica was working at the bar, she has seen so many beautiful and sexy women, but she had never seen anyone as beautiful and sexy as the Miss Secretary in front of her but somehow she reminds her of her Aunt. They both have that sapphire colored eyes and black hair.

The Secretary noticed that intriguing look of Eunica, for a moment she panicked that she will notice, so she suddenly clears her throat to get her attention in the right place.

"I called you here because I heard that you named the hybrid number eight---"

"Yes, Ma'am, I did. I named him Jin because he said he--"

"And that is against our rules."

Eunica's excited-to-tell-a-story feelings changed to scared and confused at the same time. Making her unable to answer immediately rather she ask a question which is not a good thing to do when speaking to a higher up.

"Since when?" Eunica suddenly realized what she did, "Omy, I am very sorry, Ma'am. I did not intend to disrespect you." She looked down, looking so apologetic, the Secretary laughed.

'Aw, she's still so cute.' The secretary thought.

"Since today. I do not want you to have any connection with those filthy hybrids."

Eunica's head suddenly raised with the most annoyed look she can ever have.

"Jin's not filthy! He's cute and perfect and... hot." While saying that, she wished that the heavens will send a meteor that will directly hit her but she took it back after realizing that she will not see Jin ever again if that happened.

The Secretary's eyebrow raised,

'What, she likes eight? Now, what will I do if ever she remembers? I hope he will not spill the beans or else I won't have another choice but to terminate him and erase Eunica's memories again.'

The secretary bit her nail, showing a disrespected look to Eunica while she shivers with her blush.

"I just want to warn you, if you will ever have any other connection other than what we asked you to do. We will have to terminate him."

The phone suddenly rang, while Eunica felt frightened. She froze while the Secretary was hand signing her to leave.

"Leave," the secretary said while covering the phone.

Eunica's body felt so heavy, moving became too hard for her. After hearing what the Secretary said, she never felt more scared.

'Terminate? Just because I got close to him? Do they only see hybrids as experiment objects? Is that it? I am not an important person to avoid any connection with them, I can't do anything that will harm their organization, I am nothing but if I have Jin, I will have something that I can look forward to every day.'

Her shoulders dropped just like her enthusiasm but hearing Jin's voice made her feel happy,

'Jin's voice?' she asked herself, why would Jin be near the important people's office?

She took a peep on the glass of a room. Jin is really inside, without any chains and soldiers around him.

He's talking to the Vice President.

"That haircut suits you, but it will make you look better if you just eat the food we give you." The V.P. said while taking a glance at Jin.

He's wearing the Red Warning shirt that hybrids use as a uniform. He sits as if he's free, 'He's so laid back,' she thought.

"And if you ever say a word about her past, we will have you both terminated. Well, she will not be that fully terminated since all we need to remove are her memories, again, if needed. And you don't want to be erased from her memory again, right? "

The Vice President was reading a paper while saying this, while Jin's laid-back attitude suddenly got tensed. His eyes suddenly grew angry but he just sits without any movement. His eyes flinched but that is all.

'What... Memory? Past?' She thought, suddenly her stomach ached then it made a loud growl.

The V.P looked at the glass then stood up, good thing she can run fast before he can see her.

He opened the door but did not see anyone,

"You can leave, also, check if anyone was around." He holds the door open, waiting for Jin to stand up and leave.

Before he can go out of the room, Jin eyed the V.P. sharply, making the old man gulp.

'This smell, it's Angel.' he thought. Eunica's fragrance was still lingering around. Only hybrids can smell a faint odor.

He smiled before leaving, 'What will I do with you, My Angel?' He thought before transforming to his animal form, a Panthera hybrid*.

He's too large to be able to move around the hallway, making the V.P. laugh.

"What made you transform? There's no one around." The V.P. closed the door.

'It might be because of her smell. Thank god, I can control it when she's around or else I might frighten her.' he thought while walking but he suddenly heard someone walking towards him in a very light manner, as if it was a cat.

'A cat?' he turned around and saw Eunica, acting like a cat ready to catch her prey.

She suddenly got shocked that Jin heard her footsteps, she was sure that it was very light.

'He's a hybrid, what was I thinking.'

Her sweat drops while she's scratching her neck.

"What were you doing, Angel?" Jin asks while walking towards her.

"I just want to surprise you." She answered while smiling, "But what were you talking about earlier with the Vice President?"

It sounded similar to what the Secretary told her, but since the Vice President didn't say a name, it's too hard to conclude.

"Nothing. It's the same with what you were asked to do. I just have to cooperate with the investigation."

For a moment, Jin sounded so mature. Like he knows what is happening around him. Eunica thought that since he was kept in the cage, he does not know how their world works, and he was too pure but now he looks and acts differently. Like someone, she knows before.

"Oh," even if she knows that what he said doesn't fit with what she heard, she chose to keep the blindfolds on.

"I'll be going back to my cage." He said and was about to take his leave when Eunica held his arm.
