" It's almost a month now and still no information about my son's whereabouts? I can't believed how incompetent you are!" Mr. Levinn said angrily .

" but sir, your son's disappearance is very complicated. The search team we dispatched two weeks ago reported that the Cctvs located at Grand Pavilion Hotel were all broken. Someone had wiped out all the evidence clean. No traces were found as if nothing happened." The man replied.

" Your full of excuses! I'm deeply dissatisfied with all your reports regarding these matters. Do we lacked on facilities to retrieved footages? people? money? Your people failed to protect my son. Your subordinates came back but my son is still nowhere to be found!"

The man lowered his head, he's also ashamed. The Shadow Team is one of the Lancaster's protection squad. They were trained to give security to the family. They were Pierce personal security details.

" Your one of the best team under the Elite Fraction of the Lancaster's. I'm counting on you to do your job efficiently. I don't care how you do it but I want results. My wife's been asking questions and I'm running out of excuses."

A sudden knock on the door halted their conversation. " Come in" Mr. Levinn said.

It was Mr. Clay who entered the room. He looked solemn and that added to the uneasiness Mr. Levinn had been feeling.

" How's the investigation going on Mr. Clay? Is there any improvements? Mr. Levinn asked impatiently. His people have been searching for his son but their reports shows no progress at all.

"I'm sorry sir to disappoint you but we have only retrieve insufficient data. The hotel staffs had been all replaced including the one's present that day. We trace them back to gather statements but all of it are useless. I wouldn't wonder why even me, who's been there to accompany Mr. Pierce wasn't allowed to partake the meeting."

Frustrated Mr. Levinn kneaded his forehead, his wife had been asking him about their son, she's wondering why he hasn't called home. Pierce loves his mother so much, even though he's not fond of publicly showing his affections but deep inside he cares. He would call her often to ease her mind, especially when he's overseas for business matters.

He can't afford to tell her about his son's disappearance. He's afraid that his wife past illness would be triggered.

What happened to Celestine had caused his wife to almost lost her sanity.

He's afraid that once her wife finds out that her son is missing and the possibility of death, she would be devastated.

He can't lose his wife neither his son.

" Send Alpha Team to Loran Country, tell them to take over from now on. They have to search for my son and bring him back to us. No one's allowed to return without him, do you understand?" He commanded.

" Yes sir, understood. I'll be going then." The man replied with a serious face.

After talking to Mr. Lancaster, Mr Clay left. Outside the building he got into his car.

Another man with a pale complexion, dressed in all black with a cap lowered, covering his face was with him.

Mr. Clay threw the documents he had on the man's lap. The man smirked, seeing the annoyed look on Mr. Clay's face.

" So how is it? Any news about Pierce? The man asked.

" Well Levinn's people are just as useless as yours. They're still searching for him. The man increased the forces he had to find his only son immediately.

He even dispatched the Alpha Team, among their family's Elite Forces, this one's the most excellent. There's no way I can plant people in there to infiltrate and gather information. Those guys might be brutal but they are very loyal to the Lancaster's. " He gritted his teeth in annoyance.

Levinn's going all out. He has to be careful from now on.

The man looked at Mr. Clay with a sneer on his face. " So I guess, he's really gone this far. What an insult it would be for him when he find's out that his son's most trusted assistant is the one who's been plotting against his child. It's such a shame we almost had Pierce in our hands, tsk!"

" Don't be fooled, Pierce doesn't trust me enough, he wouldn't even let me in during that meeting." Mr Clay told the man with mocking tone.

" Don't you find it strange how secretive they are? It must be a valuable information." The guy said curiously.

"As long as we find him first, that wouldn't be a problem. We'll squeezed every bit of information he got. I will not let my hardwork for years be in vain. I already got half of my people under Shadow Team but the change in command ruined half of my plans, worst is someone's helping Pierce, we already had him but someone interfered."

" Pierce won't last long even if someone's helping him. The poison we had administered to him is fatal, it will slowly deteriorates his brain affecting its functions."

" How can we squeeze information from him if he's already dumb? Mr. Clay asked the man almost shouting.

"Relax, I won't act stupidly. I have the antidote so it's okay. In fact you should thank me. Pierce saw you during the fiasco, he knows you had a hand on this. The poison will make him dumb and the antidote once taken will erase his memories, see? Easy peasy. You still have a lot of things to accomplished before leaving him empty handed." The man laughed seeing the panicked stricken face of Mr. Clay.

" Are you sure, there's no side effects? What if the poison kills him? We need him alive, David."

"He won't die, we just have to cripple him. The almighty Heir to the Lancaster's riches is now a dumb freak. I wonder what his father's reaction might be? The man named David laughed mockingly.

" I have to go with the Alpha team to Loran Country. Tell your sister to get ready, we definitely need to find him first or our plans will all be for naught."

" Okay, but be careful, The Alpha team wasn't like those stupid Shadow team. You have to be discreet."

They need to have another plan before entering Loran Country. The engine of the car started and they drove off the place hurriedly, with brewing plans on each others mind.
