Chapter 257 Determination to Win

Bella bore his kiss, and her eyes were covered by him.

When people couldn’t see, they would be more sensitive and more nervous.

How long had they not kissed? Bella’s body was a little stiff. She pushed him away and wanted to tell him that they were in another people’s room.

But as she just opened her mouth, Charles's tongue rushed into her mouth and teased every sensitive part inside.

Bella closed her eyes, and her mind appeared that he had just hugged her, his eyebrows were tight, her heart was shaking, and her body didn’t really want to refuse him.

Nancy pushed in and saw two people kissing intimately, embarrassedly standing in the same place.

Bella heard the sound and quickly pushed Charles away. Charles didn’t stop her this time, he released her and turned around, looked at Nancy coldly.

Bella quickly went over and took the bag that Nancy handed over. "Thank you, Miss Smith. I will change my clothes immediately." Looking at Charles, "You go out first, I will change clothes and go out."

Charles apparently did not want to leave, Bella said in a low voice, “Don’t you say that you won’t force me?”

Not to mention that she needed to change clothes in other people's houses, even in Williams’s Mansion, she didn’t want to be seen by Charles.

He went out, Nancy quickly ran in front of Bella and pointed to somewhere, "The lady, there is a mirror on the other side."

"No, it doesn't matter, my own clothes are easy to wear," Bella said.

"It’s very close, just there." Nancy took Bella to the corner of the wall. There was indeed a dressing mirror.

Bella thanked Nancy, and Nancy asked her if she needed help until Nancy made sure that Bella didn’t need help anymore, she then went out.

Charles was standing outside the door, seeing Nancy come out, frowning, "Where is Bell?"

Nancy quickly explained, "The lady said that she doesn’t need my help, so I come out first." She added, "Maybe the lady is shy and not used to changing clothes in front of others."

Nancy’s words were quite right, Bella was really shy, especially about the affairs of men and women.

Seeing Charles’s face eased down, Nancy then said, “My lord, if you are here, can I leave to greet the guests in the hall?”

"Okay." Charles nodded and agreed.

After Nancy left, Bella was about to put off her dress. As her hand just touched the zipper, there flashed a fat man in front of her eyes. Before she screamed out, she got faint after the blackness in front of her eyes.

Charles was against the door and looked down at his toes. His thumb touched his lips and thought the kiss just now. He couldn’t help but close his eyes to think about her.

Just as he sensed Bella, he saw a fat man was putting off Bella’s clothes.

Charles's face changed, but he did not enter immediately. He found a public restroom and shifted from the empty washroom to the room where Bella was. He directly knocked out the fat man, holding Bella and leaving the room.

When Charles left with Bella in his arms, Edwin unconsciously wanted to follow up but pulled by Katherine.

Katherine said, "Bella and Charles are legal couples, it’s better for you not go there to bother them."

Edwin looked at her. "It seems that Miss Katherine has successfully gotten out of the sadness of breaking up."

Katherine swung her hair naturally. "I have to get out, it’s better than being a family wrecker."

She said this without grief, plus she was sticking to Nick all night, it seemed that she was going to start a new relationship. Her words sounded a bit true.

Nick looked at Katherine with a faint smile, "Miss Katherine is a really open-minded person who makes people impressive."

However, in his heart, he wanted to say it was heard that you loved Charles to die, and Charles also had promised you forever, this was why I wanted to separate you two deliberately. Now he had nothing to do!

The relationship between them was really unusual.

Nick’s praise made Katherine more interested, she said, “I said tonight, now I can play a song for you.”

Katherine walked over to Luc and whispered for a while. Luc nodded happily.

Soon Katherine walked on the stage, went to the piano and bowed to everyone. “Hello everyone, I am Nancy’s classmate. We both study music, so I want to play one song for Nancy to wish her happy birthday."

Not everyone knew Katherine, but everyone had an admiration for those who could play the piano, so as her voice fell, the audience applauded. Those who were talking all looked at her direction.

Being the focus of the crowd made Katherine more confident. She sat down in front of the piano and played a song by Chopin calmly.

Edwin and Nick stood in the distance, looked up at the stage and smiled.

Edwin embraced his arms in front of his chest and used his elbow to sign Nick and laughed. "It seems that your goal of chasing Katherine will come true soon."

Nick shook his head in disdain. "Charles's eyes are too bad. How can he find such a wanton woman? Can't he find a chaste woman? It’s so boring now and has no sense of accomplishment."

"Originally, your chasing her is not for the sense of accomplishment, but for..." Edwin lowered his voice and said, "Her blood!"

Nick’s voice also lightened, and he sneered. “A few days ago, there was a farce in the high sea. I heard that Katherine’s blood was verified on the spot. She is not our target.”

Edwin sneered. "I also heard that there was a power failure accident once."

"Do you suspect someone designed it?"

"No need to suspect, but definitely sure."

“Oh?” Nick raised his lips. “Then it will be interesting.”

He looked at Katherine's direction, and his eyes showed his determination to win.
