Chapter 187 Wake Up Call

A few hours later Charles woke up all of a sudden. He stared at Bella who was lying naked next to him. She was calling out his name in her sleep. One of her hands was rubbing his chest and with the other, she was touching herself. Her body was covered in sweat and a musky smell rose from between her legs. To his surprise, Bella’s fingers moved downwards towards his stomach. They reached for his erect member and squeezed it hard.

Charles was overcome but an even more intense passion. Once more, he mounted Bella. Only this time, when he entered her, she woke up.

She stared at him as if this was the first time she had ever seen him.

“What are you doing in my bed?” she asked.

“…”

“Get off me you…”

Before she had the chance to finish her words, his hand covered her mouth. He turned her around and prepared to enter her from behind. To prevent her from shouting he had two fingers in her mouth. She wanted to bite them but his other hand reached her neck and squeezed it while his lips were kissing the back of her neck and her ears.

Last night had not been enough for Charles. He wanted her more than ever. The tip of his tongue left traces all over her delicate skin. The pleasure was too much for Bella. She stopped resisting and started to moan. She was getting wet down there and a strange warmth had spread all over the lower part of her body.

Yet Charles was somehow reluctant to enter her. He was afraid she was going to resist, and he didn’t want to hurt her in any way. After being separated for such a long time, he didn’t want to start a conflict, neither did he want to see her cry because of his actions. In a sense, he was acting like a child because he was afraid to lose control.   

He finally unmounted her and let her turn around.

She stared at him with eyes full of dread.

“What are you doing here naked?”

“I’ve missed you so much.”

“Does Katherine know you’re here?” she whispered.

“Why do you always talk about Katherine? I’m with you because I want to be with you,” he said.

“Leave me alone!” she said.

“Bella, I’m warning you. If you dare make me angry, I will penetrate you in the most violent manner.”

“Then do it, you wolf!”

He thrust his hand with one quick move between her legs.

“I know how much you like it!”

Bella’s expression could not hide her desire. Her lips were trembling and a red rash spread over her neck and shoulders.

“Do it!” she said.

He pulled the quilt aside and spread her legs wide open. As Charles positioned himself above her, she stared at him and blinked her eyes in anticipation.

“Do you really need it?” he asked.

“Give it to me right away,” she said.

Despite her words, she changed her mind the moment he entered her. She pushed him back and got up from the bed. Charles sat up and stared at her in a bewildered manner.

“What’s wrong with you?” he asked.

“You must leave,” she said. “I want to get dressed.”

“Are you nuts?” he asked.

Bella looked around and the suddenly felt confused. She didn’t seem to recognize this place. This made Charles think Bella was still under the influence of the drug.

“Do you know what happened yesterday?” he asked.

“Yesterday?”

Bella thought about it for a while before giving a response.  

“There was some issue with the doctor from your hospital. She stuck a needle in my arm, which made me feel dizzy. I don’t remember much afterward.”

“You were about to get kidnapped but I showed up in time to save you.”

“Who would want to kidnap me? Must be someone who is after your money. Maybe someone from the company knows about our relationship. Do you have any idea who that may be?”

“Actually, I have a very clear idea about the culprits behind this plan.”

“I would appreciate it if you put your clothes on,” she said.

“Why should I? It’s not the first time you’ve seen me naked.”

“That’s not the problem. It’s just that I feel bad for Ka...”

“Bella! If you say one word more, I will f**k you right now.”

Charles' face had darkened like a winter storm. Bella really did know how to spoil the atmosphere.

“All right,” she said. “You can stay here as long as you like.”

She took a towel out of the wardrobe and wrapped her body.

“I’m going to take a shower,” she said.

“Go ahead,” said Charles. “I will remain here to make sure nobody shows up to kidnap you.”

She gave him a weird look before closing the bathroom door behind her.
