Chapter 102 - Gentle Cruelty

Ziv stood not far away, looking at them both, and silently removed his gaze.

Lady was perhaps just a tool to give birth to the heir for the Lord of the Sea.

However, Miss. Evelyn was in town.

Miss. Evelyn vs. Lady, what a nerve-wracking scene it would be.

Bella sat back in the car. It was still raining, and the raindrops that hit the window blurred the outside world.

“Go back to the villa,” Charles told Ziv.

As soon as they returned, Charles took Bella directly back to his bedroom. He pushed her into the bathroom, the movements were fluid and gave her no time to respond. Charles was in control.

When she came to her senses, she had already been pressed against the icy bathroom wall.

“A…actually, I should go back to my room to wash,” her eyes widened.

“Bella, I told you to be obedient.”

She swallowed, closed her mouth, and raised her hands, indicating that she would never speak again.

“Help me bathe.” Charles naturally commanded, “Do your duty as my wife.”

She had intended to say that she was a temporary wife. However, when she thought of what he had just said, she said nothing and nodded in silence, then, pointed to the bathtub, “I will fill the tub.”

She really could be very obedient and gentle like water.

“No bath, I’d like a shower,” Charles raised his eyebrows, “or do you want to have a bath with me?!”

No! Bella turned on the shower, and cold water rushed out of the showerhead, which made her chilly. It sprinkled on Charles’s face.

“Bella, you did that on purpose! Take the showerhead down.”

“Oh, okay.”

The shower was set to Charles’s height, so Bella had to stand on her tiptoes to reach it.

After she took it down, she turned to face Charles. He stood there naked before her.

He watched her face turn instantly red, and he smiled, “You have seen my body and even felt it, right?”

She did not hear anything and did not see anything.

Bella trembled, she stared at his upper body without blinking. The bubbles from the body wash wrapped her hand, wandered the curves of his muscles and glided along his skin. She rinsed away all the bubbles and left no trace.

Charles dangerously narrowed his eyes, “Have you ever washed someone else before?”

“Yes.” Bella nodded, and continued before Charles got angry, “I used to volunteer at an orphanage and bathe the children.”

Children….

Charles’s mind immediately flashed through Bella’s image of gently bathing the baby, was it as gentle as it was now? He suddenly began to look forward to Bella’s performance after their children were born.

Because of his distraction, Bella washed his lower half fast.

Compared with the gentleness and delicateness she used on his upper body, she washed the lower body quickly and roughly. She cleaned it directly without any soap.

“Alright.” Bella turned the shower off and flew out of the bathroom.

She was too nervous when opening the door, and ran into it.

Behind her came a low laugh from Charles, she didn’t even touch it and ran out through the door like she escaped.

She had never touched him since they were together, so the direct visual impact really made her feel a little anxious.

Bella quickly ran from Charles’s bedroom and ran back to her room, she calmed down in the bed until she went to wash.

Without a moment, there was a knock on the door, and soon Charles’s tall body appeared at the door.

She quickly closed her eyes and pretended to sleep.

Charles stood by the bed and looked at her trembling eyelashes, he said funnily, “Bella, open your eyes if you don’t want to be ravaged by me right now.”

Bella opened them and looked at him with her big eyes. “Can I sleep?”

She was off duty right now, so she wanted to take a break.

“Yes, you can.”

Before she apologized, Charles had lifted the quilt and laid down beside her with great agilely.

Bella was shocked.

She opened her eyes, why did he still want to....

Charles laid down beside her, then took her straight into a bear hug.

His strength was boundless, of course, Bella did not resist him either. She had already been deducted three thousand.

Charles squeezed her chin and forced her to look up, “Bella, from now on, don’t escape, look into my eyes.”

She obsessively stared at his blue sea-like eyes, and the dark dawn was like a tempting bottomless abyss so that she could never move her gaze anymore.

“Tell me, why did you cry at the airport?” His voice was as sexy as ever with a sultry charm that rang in her ears.

She didn’t answer, Charles squinted and said coldly, “Bella, are you deaf?”

“No, I’m not. The rain was too strong” Bella denied.

“Why do you cry when it comes to Katherine?” Charles’ fingers were on her eyes and went wet with a light touch.

Bella shook her head desperately. “No, I didn’t cry. I am sleepy now, and my eyes water when I am tired.”

Charles gave her a faint look. “Bella, you are jealous of Katherine, aren’t you?”

Bella’s heart sank, this was Charles Williams, holding her gently but talking about cruel things.

She didn’t even have the chance to escape.

Why was he always so cruel to her?

She, she was just a woman.
