67 Turns out even a monster can also feel lust!

Like all the other nights, Sergei Ricci is holed up working in his penthouse yet unable to get a night of proper sleep because of Shin Keir investing with Zhi Corporation.

That night he was disturbed by the loud banging on his door.

Sergei Ricci's expression turned ugly while uttering curses, he know of one person who has the nerve to do such ruckus.

"Calin Ricci! I told you many times to watch your manners and control that temper of yours! Paparazzi nowadays are brutal and they won't hesitate to tear you apart even if you're of the upper class! Do you really intend to drag our family down?!" Sergei scolded Calin upon opening the door.

However, Calin ignored him and marched inside, hurling her bag on the sofa and started bawling.

"Is that all you care about? Once I'm married to Brother Shin they will all shut their mouths!"

"Then why don't I see any progress? I know you will never listen to me but you will have more chances seducing Hadi and Hiro Keir or Tristan Felan," Sergei took out a pack of cigarettes from his robe and lit up one. "As I've said before, monsters don't 'love' whether you're a virgin, smart woman or play the whore, you will never be good enough."

Never good enough?!

Calin couldn't believe the words she was hearing, although it seems like her brother was insulting Shin Keir it also means that he was looking down on her ability as a woman.

Enraged, she began breaking the nearby porcelain statue she could reach like it was a habit.

Sergei Ricci pressed his temple, If he isn't his sister he had already beaten her to oblivion.

"Break another thing here and I will forget that I have a sister!" Sergei yelled furiously, grabbing an antique vase that Calin was about to smash.

Calin looked at Sergei, so a mere vase that probably cost only a few thousand dollars is more important than her venting out her frustrations?!

Upset, she crouched on the floor crying out loud, blaming her family and the Keirs for not helping her.

Without care, Sergei coldly scoffed and turned away.

This made Calin even more resentful, she immediately stood up and followed, punching his back.

"F*ck! What do you want?!"

"I am your sister!" Calin angrily stomped her feet, It did not matter to her if her brother looked unwell or fatigued.

After all, as the only daughter of the Ricci family, the most loved celebrity and the future Mrs Keir, it's only natural that her welfare should be prioritized!

"So what?! How would I know what's going on if you won't tell me? If you just want to cry go to Mom or call your friends!"

Usually, Sergei would try to pacify her however he's not in the mood to put on an act of a good brother with a mountain of work to do coupled with his poor health.

Frankly, he couldn't understand his sister's blind obsession over Shin Keir and their parent's exaggerated enthusiasm with the Keir Family.

The Keirs may be sitting on top like the country's monarch but that doesn't mean the 3 other great families are any lesser.

For Sergei, women are all simpleton, yes they desire money and power but in fact, their body and mind seeks love.

Drunk in their belief of a fantasy world called "Happily ever after!"

'Will you ever be sober?' Sergei thought to himself letting Calin drag him back to the sofa.

It's unfortunate to have a dumb sister but one way or another she is still useful to him.

Calin settled down, suppressing the bitterness in her heart thinking that Sergei is just impatient but for whatever reason, she doesn't really care.

In between sobs, she began telling him how Shin Keir humiliated and kicked her out of his place, Tiffany's story and her confrontation with the alleged girlfriend Yeri Zhi.

Sergei remained uninterested, any simpleton will do anything to associate herself to Shin Keir no matter how small a chance it is

"That shameless, rude wench Yeri Zhi actually disappeared in the restroom when I came to! I don't know how it happened maybe I passed out or she's just a witch but she dared to insult and slapped me!"

Calin uttered Yeri's name over and over again as if it's a profane word, recalling how she was accused of being a self-proclaimed fiancee.

"Did you just say Yeri Zhi?!" Sergei became attentive like something suddenly chimed in his mind. "Zhi!"

He dashed towards his office and franticly opened his laptop at the same time looked thru his files placed beside his desk.

"Brother, do you know that shameless girl? So you found a way to avenge me, right?!" Calin excitedly asked.

Sergei laughed in frenzy, heaven is on his side!

No matter what, he couldn't fathom why Shin Keir showed interest in a coffee company. It wasn't his character to do that even if it was out of impulse or boredom.

Who would have thought that he had his eyes set on the daughter of the Zhi Corporation!

"Turns out even a monster can also feel lust!" Sergei mumbled, things are about to get very interesting!

He still firmly believes that Shin Keir is incapable of loving someone but he can never escape a man's lustful nature.

Moreover, that investment is most likely just a payment to his prey, nothing but just a bucket over Shin Keir's ocean of wealth!

"Brother!" Calin exclaimed, annoyed for being ignored.

"I'm sorry Calin, I'm afraid Tiffany wasn't exaggerating..." Sergei turned to her with a wide grin. "If you truly wanted to marry Shin Keir then only listen and do what I say from now on, do you understand?"

Calin hastily nodded, "Of course, that is my priority but I want revenge on that wench as well!"

After the incident with Shin Keir, Yeri joined the game team for dinner however she couldn't get over it and so she decided to go back to her dorm first.

"Princess! I heard you guys performed well in the e-sport event today," Jj called out from his car seeing her enter the school gate. "Perfect timing, wanna go for a ride? I'll buy you dinner."

"You have a new car?!" Yeri asked with a deep frown.

"Ah yeah, a friend helped me." Jj briefly explained not wanting to tell Yeri that he joined a mafia organisation.

He had learned that there is a crime group eyeing her so he stopped hesitating and joined gehenna to protect her not expecting that they will provide him with a car of higher value compared to his wrecked chevy.

"You have a new car?!" Yeri repeated, extremely upset.

So that sh*tty day isn't done messing with her?

She held back a lot in her expenses, scammed Tiffany's group through a bet and even signed a contract with the gaming company so she can soon help him buy a new car and yet, here he is showing off his new sports car?!
