Yeri felt relieved after getting out of the VIP room, she found an excuse to step out when one of the girls occupied the comfort room inside.

The party was fun but it started to get dull, especially with a guardian around. Jj is like her brother Colin, strict and overprotective.

Oftentimes, he seemed annoyed whenever she gets into trouble but at the end of the day, he will still look after her.

She looked around and chance upon a large, round balcony at the other end of the hallway.

'What an impressive soundproofing.' Yeri thought, she didn't realise how loud the music was till she opened the balcony glass door.

From that balcony is an imperial staircase, often seen in historical palaces, leading down to the dance floor.

Looking down, she can't help but wonder how did Shin found her at that time in this chaotic crowd, coupled with the loud music and faint lights.

"So you were here, you made me worried! What are you doing here? are you feeling unwell?" Jj loudly asked, gently patting her head.

Yeri rolled her eyes, it wasn't even long since she left. "I don't think your girlfriends like me! I thought it would be better to step out for a while!"

Jj chuckled, ruffling her hair. "Don't mind them, you know they are just insecure. Also..."

While listening to Jj, Yeri's smile gradually dissipated as her eyes caught a familiar figure, just across the hallway, where their VIP room is.

That tall, imposing physique and arrogant gait completely reminded her of scammer Shin!

Yet to her horror, that man slammed the VIP door open, went inside and out for a few seconds, seemingly looking for something or someone, till he glanced their way.

Yeri felt a sudden gust of bad omen, she must have gone insane to think their eyes met despite the distance and dim lights.

But does it really matter?

Whether he's Shin Keir or not, her gut feeling is telling her to run away!

"Jj, let's dance!" She shouted and went running down the stairs.

"What?! wait-" Jj looked surprised, he had no choice but to follow her. "Yz! there's a lot of perverts and addicts here! don't go any further!"

At the same time, without a doubt, Shin saw the little drunkard scurried down upon seeing him.

The corners of his mouth curled and a terrifying aura emanated from him. Why is she running away? is there something to be guilty about?

"What is down there?" Shin walked towards the balcony followed by at least eight men.

"Cut the sound systems main wirings, it doesn't matter how much is the compensation but have these people leave as soon as possible, also check all the rooms or lounges and make sure that all the other exits are sealed aside from the main one."

The man nodded and hastily went down the staircase, running towards the DJ's platform.

"Who the hell are you pe-"

The passing attendant's eyes bulge out when a gun was suddenly aimed at his forehead.

Where the heck is the security?!

In that type of business, they have a great deal of highly trained people, not to mention, Gaia pandemonium is no ordinary bar!

"A-are you people from the mafia? just so you know this isn't the right place for you to run amok! the owner of this place-"

"Gehenna." The man holding the gun coldly spoke.

"W-wwut?" The attendant rapidly turned white and his body trembled, suddenly the man in front of him looked like a blood-thirsty rabid dog in his eyes.

The establishment never lacked mafia customers, however, Gehenna is known for being extremely dangerous and so there's an unwritten rule that only the higher-ups can deal with them, else, avoid them at all cost!

"Where is your surveillance room?" Shin asked, his gaze fixated down the crowd.

"Uhm, Boss? I think this guy has passed out." The man holding the gun answered, scratching his head.

"Then asked someone to take you to the surveillance room!" Shin commanded, keeping his gaze down while scanning the crowd.

"Boss, what should we do once we find the girl?"

Shin eventually looked behind and murderously glared at his people, "What do you think?! leave her unscathed! otherwise, I'll bury you all alive!"

The one who asked suddenly regretted opening his mouth, he could feel his brothers' deadly gaze directed at him.

On the dance floor, Yeri couldn't believe her eyes, she blinked and looked up countless times but the image didn't change.

It's really Shin Keir!

What the hell is he doing there? It can't be a coincidence that they're both in the same place once again!

Is he chasing her? he isn't that petty, right?!

"Yz!"

Jj caught up with her and notice her panic-stricken face. "Are you unwell? I told you not to go further, look how pale you are! don't worry I have your medicine in the car but we should head back first."

However, at that moment, the music instantly stopped and a man from the stage announced.

"To our dear patrons and guests, unfortunately, we are facing some technical problem. We advise you to leave the premises and as a form of compensation, we will pay you ten times the amount you spent tonight."

The crowd booed and jeered, shouting in complaints but Yeri knew there's no such thing as coincidence, it was apparent that Shin Keir is drawing her out!

Yeri anxiously bit her lip, did she really crossed the line and offended him this time?!

Jj frowned, he had never seen her this anxious before, is her illness attacking again? "Yz, if you feel dizzy just lean on me-"

"I'm not dizzy and no, we can't go back! we have to leave, ok?!" Yeri shouted as her eyes darted around and finally saw an emergency exit.

Jj has a bad feeling from the way she's acting but can only follow her in the meantime.

Back at the balcony, Shin looked amused, smoking his cigarette.

"To the basement..."
