11 Out of sight, out of mind!

Shin rub his bottom lip, the metallic taste of blood lingered in his mouth.

He gazes outside, where she runs into, completely aroused and angry at the same time.

In fact, getting him aroused wasn't the issue but the revolting emotions he thought he's never capable of. If she hadn't been there in his arms minutes ago, he never would have realized how bleak and empty he had been.

"When is Zahn Neri coming back to the country?" Shin asked Secretary Yun, breaking the cold silence.

Secretary Yun jolted, he has yet digested today's episode and that wilful kissed earlier, deleted 8 years of his knowledge about the Tyrant Emperor!

"That-" Secretary Yun turned around and was horrified to see a small tear from his lower lip, that shameless woman! "Boss, should we go to the hospital?!"

"Just answer my question!" Shin roared at him.

"eh- ahem! I believe Doctor Neri won't be back till next year from his medical mission, should I contact him, Boss?" Secretary Yun replied somehow perplexed.

Zahn Neri is a world-renowned doctor and also a Young Master from a top-tier family, however, his cold and aloof personality often clashes with his Boss and so the two of them don't get along.

Why is he suddenly looking for him?

"Nevermind, I'll contact him myself." Shin deadpanned.

Secretary Yun did not bother probing and just focus on his driving, he is so exhausted and only hope to end the day with less worry.

"By the way, do I have a horrible personality?" Shin asked with a displeasing and puzzled look.

"!!!..."

Secretary Yun couldn't be more frightened, swallowing a mouthful of saliva, he suddenly felt like there's a double edge sword aimed at his throat.

Meanwhile, Yeri took another bath and was about to sleep when she heard a loud banging at her door.

"Who dares to knock at this princess door like that? how rude!" she grumbled.

To her horror, she was greeted by a flying object that almost hit her face upon opening the door.

"What the f*ck Nina Geun! are you crazy?!" Yeri quickly touched her left cheek, worried it graze her.

"You are the crazy one! Where have you been last night? you don't have your bag and phone, so I have to sleep in the car waiting for you! I was so scared that I almost called the police this morning, good thing I came here and imagine my shock when the guard downstairs told me that he saw you! you b*tch!" Nina yelled furiously as she marched inside her room.

"Oh..." Yeri muttered, picking up her pouch that Nina had thrown earlier.

"Don't you dare just 'Oh' me Yeri Jewel Zhi! coz I think I deserve an explanation from you! unless you don't see me as your friend!" Nina huffed fiercely.

"I know and I'm really sorry Nina! I promise I'll make it up to you. Actually, I was so wasted last night that I..." Yeri paused and looked at Nina, who's still staring daggers at her.

Will Nina believe her if she will tell her about Shin Keir?

"I'm waiting, Yeri Jewel Zhi!"

"W-Well you know how drunk I was, I passed out in the bathroom cubicle and when I woke up, it's morning!" Yeri bluff, it was a good thing she's wearing a sweater, hiding the love marks.

"I checked the f*ckin bathrooms and you're not there." Nina sneered.

"Then you didn't check all of it, if I remember correctly it was on the second floor! you see, I run away from that pervert young master who approached us and I hide in the cubicle. Then this morning, a handsome Mister treated me for lunch and took me back here." Yeri feigned a delighted expression.

"You and your bullish*t!" Nina took a deep breath and slump on the couch, she hates to admit it but with Yeri's face, even a beggar wouldn't hesitate to give his coins just to help her.

"Don't get mad anymore, how about I'll treat you to a 5-star restaurant?" Yeri embrace her.

Eventually, Nina conceded and they drifted into different topics.

"Nina, just out of curiosity, what do you know about Shin Keir?"

"Shin Keir? that famous CEO?" Nina raised an eyebrow, giving her an odd look.

"Well, I haven't seen him personally, but they said, he's sinfully handsome that before you knew it, you have long taken off your underwear and thrown it at him."

"You are so disgusting Nina!" Yeri's mouth twitched as she hurled a cushion to her friend.

Although she's no better either, not only did she throw her underwear, but her whole being to him!

"Ouch! why are you overreacting?! that's just what I heard, okay?! don't tell me you're interested in Shin Keir?" Nina's eyes widened.

"Of course not! I was just curious." Yeri quickly denied, averting her eyes.

"That's good, I know that you are very very pretty Yz, but a man like Shin Keir is like a god that we can only look up to, plus, just assume that 99% of single women in this country, young or old wants to be Mrs Keir! such a brutal competition, you're better off not getting involved." Nina spouted.

Yeri nodded and added. "Isn't he a woman-hater? do you think he's just covering his sexuality? like perhaps he's gay?"

"pffft!- hahaha! Yz, can you not ruin other girls dream? even if that's the case no one would spout such nonsense carelessly, else, you'll become the women's public enemy...anyway, there's a long time rumour that he has a fiancee." Nina jested.

"Fiancee?! who?" Yeri's eye lit up.

Nina shrugged her shoulders. "Probably just a political arrangement, oddly, no one admitted publicly or claimed they're the fiancee. After all, it's not a joke that Shin Keir despises women!"

Yeri looked indifferent but a part of her felt muddled.

After Nina left, she stared at her phone for some time till she decided to keep it under the drawer.

Out of sight, out of mind!

Even if there's only a little percentage that the man she met wasn't Shin Keir, she'd rather stick to that belief and free herself of anxiety!

Besides, a man like Shin Keir wouldn't change his attitude overnight, and even if he's not a woman-hater, he has a fiancee.
