I had woken to the sun being in my face the next morning, I was still sitting in front of the door. I stood up and walked to the bathroom I needed a bath after everything that happened last night, how could they make me worry like that. Why would they not listen to me, did none of them think I could do this, did they think I was strong enough to handle the pack and responsibilities. Once I had the tub completely filled with water I slowly slide in resting my head on the back of the tub. I heard a small knock on the door, " Who is it?" I couldn't hear anything at first " Artemis it is Dream can I come in?" Of course, my brother's mate would come, "Come in Dream." She slowly opened the door, Dream was beautiful she had long blonde hair with pink eyes, I could see why my brother loved her so much aside from being mates. I just turned my head toward her, " Let me guess the boys sent you in here to see if I was still angry?"

She picked her head up looking me in my eyes " Honestly no, I came up here to see if you were still angry, all the boys are still upset about everything that happened. I just thought you would need family to talk to that wasn't the boys." I just looked up at her with tears in my eyes " Dream, they didn't listen to me, they didn't answer me and all that shows me is that they believe I am not ready to handle this. Maybe I am not this was all just thrown on me, I never knew this life before but now that I know it all I want to do is protect them." Dream walked closer to the tub and kneeled down beside it wiping my tears away with her hand " Artemis, I don't think that they meant to do this to hurt you or because they think your not ready, but to help protect you." I know that was partly true but none of them seemed to think what would have happened if I lost them. " Dream that may be true but did any of them stop to think what would happen to me if I lost any of them?" Again she lowered her head, I felt bad I wasn't trying to upset her, but then she looked up with a smile " Well why don't you tell them that, and let them explain before you go all queen she-wolf on them again."

I let out this loud laugh, she really thought I went she-wolf on them, " Thank you Dream I needed that laugh, but go ahead and head downstairs let the boys know to meet me in the office in ten minutes and tell them not to be late." She stood up and started walking toward the door before turning back to me " Sis I don't think you will have to worry about them being late ever again." Then she turned and opened the door closing it behind her. I was grateful that she treated me like her little sister, especially with everything going on it was nice to have someone that listened to me and didn't judge me for my thoughts or emotions. I soaked in the tub a little longer before getting out and wrapping a towel around me. I walked into my room and over to my closet, I grabbed a pair of blue jeans and a t-shirt with my steel toe boots. I just didn't feel like getting all dressed up today, not after yesterday. I turned to look at myself in the mirror, you could tell I had been crying my eyes were red and puffy. But I didn't care right now, I was still upset by everything that had happened last night.

I walked out my room and down the stairs passing some members of the pack, when they saw me they all knelt down to one knee. I guess they were scared from everything that happened last night and I couldn't blame them either. I walked past the kitchen I wasn't really hungry either, I walked to my office and stopped in front of the door. Taking a deep breath before I walked in there, I hope they don't hate me after last night. I opened the door, I walked in closing it behind me when I turned around I saw them all sitting there with there heads down. Obviously they were still upset too, I walked to my desk and sat down on top of it. Genius was the first to raise his head, he went to speak but I held my hand up, I could see the hurt in his eyes, it was killing me. But they all needed to know what they did was wrong on many different levels. I looked at Zeus, Daniel, Alcide, and Genius they all looked like they didn't get any sleep. " Do you guys understand how worried you had me yesterday, none of you told me anything, none of you answered me, and none of you listened. Do you know how it feels to have four people who I love not listen, it makes me feel like you don't trust me or think that I can run this pack." Tears started welling up in my eyes again but I refused to cry in front of them right now, they need to know that they were wrong not me.

Zeus stood up and came closer to me " Squirt, I am sorry that we didn't inform you what was going on, and that we ignored you." Daniel stood up behind Zeus " Artemis, we never meant to make you worry that wasn't our intention." Alcide just stayed seated " I should have kept better track of all of them." Then I turned towards my mate who walked till our faces were touching, " Princess, don't blame them I am the one that asked them to come with me, I just wanted to see the castle and see if we could find a way in without the blueprint, but none of us thought about how you would feel or your opinion about it either." I just scooted further back on the desk so that I could see his eyes better, " Genius, the fact is you lied to me, you ignored me, and worst of all you brought Daniel and Zeus in on this instead of just coming to me and talking. But none of you took the time to stop and think what would happen to me if I lost any of you." " We all agreed to wait for Alcide to find the blueprint or a way into the castle but none of you cared to listen." I hung my head I wasn't sure whether to get angry or cry, I decided that I couldn't do either at the moment. " But putting that aside what did you find?"

They all turned toward each other before turning back towards me, " Well we found a way in but it is heavily guarded and unless we have some advantage or another way in we can't go in that way without risking lives." I turned toward Alcide " Have you found any blueprints or have you remembered a secret way into the castle yet?" Alcide just hung his head and I knew that answer before he even spoke: " Artemis, I can't recall the time at the castle, and the castle is so old I don't know if there are any blueprints for it." I just let out a deep breath, I turned toward Genius " Well did you even do what I asked and try and locate another enchantress that could help train me?" His eyes became wide " Fuck Princess no I forgot all about that, I am so sorry." I just shook my head, how the hell were we suppose to breach the castle when nobody would listen to me. I just sat there in silence for a minute before speaking, " Ok, well this is how this is going to go none of you are to go to that castle again until we have a better plan, next Daniel, Zeus, and Genius please try to locate an enchantress if you can, as well as see if there is a way the mate bond can be manipulated, I have to train with this power I have or I won't be able to control it."

Then I turned toward Alcide, " Since you can't remember the secret path to get into the castle I guess we will have to try and unravel your memories together." They all turned toward me with worry on their faces, but Genius was the first to speak " What do you mean you guys are going to have to unravel it together?" I just shook my head surely they knew by now that I could do stuff others couldn't " Exactly what I said, you guys know I can do stuff that others can't while I am not one hundred percent sure that I can this is our only chance is to for me to try entering his memories." I waited for someone to say something and again Genius spoke while the others sat in silence, " Ok, Princess, we all agree to the terms that you have set, when did you want to do the memory thing with Alcide?" I thought for a moment, my powers were stronger during a full moon and a red moon, but a red moon wouldn't happen again for a little bit. I turned toward Daniel because he was always the moon nut " Daniel, when is the next full moon suppose to happen?" He just turned toward me and smiled " Tomorrow night will be our next full moon why?"

I couldn't help but laugh at him he was such a dork when it came to stars, moons, and stuff like that. " Ok well, tomorrow night we will do the memory thing for Alcide until then everyone just relaxes and do as much research on enchantresses as possible please." Daniel, Zeus, and Alcide all got up and left the room, I kinda expect Genius to go to but he did not instead he sat down in the chair. Genius looked up at me with such sadness in his eyes " Princess, I really am sorry I never meant to cause you to panic, and I didn't do it because I thought you couldn't take care of our pack." I looked down at my feet, " Then why Genius, I was scared I thought I had lost you guys, you ignored me you never ignore me." He got up from the chair, walked over to me lifting my head with his hand, "Babe, I was trying to protect you and so were the boys but I see that I hurt you more than protect you." I couldn't fight the tears back any longer, I let them go in front of my mate "Genius, I was so scared I had lost you."

"Princess, I will never leave you I never meant to hurt you I am sorry and no none of us stopped to think what would happen to you if we didn't come back." I just kept crying letting it all out, Genius just held me tight not saying anything else. I started getting sleepy again I assume from crying. Genius could tell because he picked me up and layed me down on the couch in our office, he kissed me on my forehead " Get some rest Princess, I am going to get the boys and we will do some research while you rest ok." But I didn't want him to leave me " Please stay until I fall asleep." I didn't have to say anything else Genius sat down on the couch and I rested my head on his lap, he started playing with my hair. " Babe I love you, I promise I won't do anything like that again." I just smiled because my eyes were getting heavy, I started to drift in and out of sleep before I finally succumbed to it.
